B&B Galleria Borghese

My wife and I stayed with Valeria for several days. She was a great hostess and went out of her way to make our stay a great one!! She helped us with so many things and was a joy to be with!! I will stay with Valeria on my next trip to Roma. I would reomend her flat to anyone. The apt was clean and cozy and all was perfect.

Valeria is a lovely hoster. her flat is so beautiful, with all the conforts you may need to make your stay confortable. She's very kind and willing to help you all the time. I highly recommend everybody to go there, you won't regret.

What a great B&B! Surely the best place to stay in Roma! Valeria was a fantastic host : she gave us good advices for what to do, what to see, how to get to, etc. The bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and copious. Her flat was in a great location : 10 minutes walking for Villa Borghese, 20 minutes walking for Piazza di Spagna, 25 minutes walking for Fontana di Trevi, etc. You will love your stay in Roma if you choose Valeria's B&B.

We really can't say enough about Valeria, and the two weeks we spent with her in Rome. She's a great host, and looked after us really well, including even taking us to her doctor when one of us felt unwell. Her apartment is in a very enjoyable neighbourhood, and bus connections from Piazza Fiume make it very easy to get to all the well-known sites. She's also an excellent source of tourist infomation. For instance, the map she provides with important bus routes marked gives you a wonderful sense of security from the very first time you set off. She does this so well she should probably offer a short-course for other airbnb hosts around the world!

Staying at Valeria's B&B was fantastic. Her place is in a great location - handy to buses and the bus station and an easy 20 minute walk from the centre of town. The breakfast was fantastic and she provided many useful maps and guidebooks, would definitely recommend staying wtih Valeria!

The building is in an elegant neighborhood with a variety of restaurants,cafes, and stores. Villa Borghese Park is a short stroll away, and relaxing to walk or bicycle in. It's easy to take the bus or Metro to all the sites. Valeria is a lovely person and very helpful. She makes a breaksfast every morning with so many delicious foods that there is hardly room for the dishes.The room was roomy and bright, with tall windows and high ceilings.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with Valeria and had the unique opportunity to discuss Italian politics due to a demonstration while in Rome. Valeria was a great host, giving us easy to follow directions to her apartment and preparing the all important espresso each morning of our stay. She is a wonderful guide to the city and her apartment is a short walk to a major bus stop. Valeria made our stay in Rome even more enjoyable as she outlined important bus routes and directed us to a restaurant in order to taste traditional Neopolitan pizza.

We received a warm welcome to a neat, well equipped appartment only a few minutes walk from Villa Borghese. Valeria could not have been more helpful. The appartment is near to the main sites of Rome too. We walked back comfortably from St. Peters via the Spanish Steps and Borghese (and we're both in our 70s). Plenty of eating places nearby and plenty of buses. Perfect. Thank you Valeria.

We really appreciated all the advice that Valeria gave to us during our stay at her place. She was very helpful when navigating us to the places we wanted to go to. She would even check up on us every night to see if we were fine & ask about our day. Valeria also prepared breakfast for us which was very thoughtful of her. It was easy to get around from her place and we had no trouble finding our way back at night. We would definitely recommend staying with Valeria.

Valeria's hospitality was amazing. It was a like I knew her as a longtime friend. Before I got to the Bread & Breakfast of hers, she emailed everything I needed to know when arrived in Rome from the buses, trains, taxis to buying a ticket to the Vatican on-line rather than waiting in the long lines..believe me those lines were outrageous. In addition, she include the certain trains or buses I should take to get to her place. Once I got there, she showed me the room which she had a map already prepared for me on what spots I needed to check out to experience the Roman history and what bus number/train I needed to take to get there swiftly. She provided the breakfast at the specific time I requested. Also, I met Francesco who was very courteous and she gave me the keys and let me know which floor & apt number the room was at. Furthermore, she'd text me to see how things were going and if found the sights during my stay. Heck, she even told me where to go to celebrate New Year's which was at Fiori Imperali downtown. All and all this experience was amazing and I would highly encourage anyone who is looking for place to stay when in Rome, check out Ms. Valeria's spot; you won't be disappointed. Happy New Year!!

I stayed in Galleria Borghese 2 for three nights in late October - early November. It was a nice and quiet place in a charming building with a lot of character. After a long stroll around the city it was definitely the best option out of all the hostels, b&bs and apartments I looked through. Also, having a wi-fi in your room is a great advantage! Although a bit of a walk from the center of Rome, I think that living outside of the main tourists' attractions allows you to explore a different neighborhood and enjoy a truly Roman lifestyle. I would definitely recommend Galleria Borghese to anyone coming to Rome for a holiday.

I could not have picked a better place to stay on my recent visit. The Galleria Borghese B & B is a quiet place that is clean and neat as a pin. Valeria was very helpful, even going out of her way to help me book reservations to other local attractions. She speaks English very well which was an additional blessing.

I had a wonderful stay. The place is only few minutes walk from Villa Borghese and location is great, in the centre of Rome but not turistic area. Valeria is always helpful and nice. I'm shure we'll be friend forever, Valeria!!

I had a wonderful firs experience with airbnb staying with Valeria at her home in Rome. Getting there from the train station was very easy with her directions and i arrived at her doorsteps within minutes. Her place was much better than the pictues, beautiful apartment...very very clean and tidy. The bed, linens and pillows were super comfortable and Valeria went out of her way to make sure i had a map of Rome and knew my way around. I would surely stay with Valeria again if in Rome and would reccommend her place ! Thanks Valeria you were great!

Valeria was an awesome host. The room was very nice and spacious. Everything I needed was available (towel, bed sheets, pillows, soap, shampoo, etc.) The breakfast was very nice. I had full privacy as I was in my own room. The price was very affordable and the place is really close to the main attractions. Definitely recommend it.

Valeria's gorgeous little room in Rome was fabulous. Situated close to the Galleria Borghese, it is a little further away from the main action, but I found this to be quite lovely as you can get away from the swarm of tourists at the end of a long day. Valeria was totally lovely - very sweet, welcoming and helpful and the apartment was perfect. The layout works really well in that you get your own privacy and don't feel like you're trespassing on Valeria's space too much. (And the room was so lovely and comfortable - I slept like a baby!) Thank you Valeria. I heartily recommend you.

Valeria was a wonderful hostess. Helpful, kind, and accommodating. I wasn't around in the morning for breakfast at a normal hour, but she made sure it was available to me when I returned. The breakfast she provided was incredible... much more than I expected. The location was convenient to the bus lines, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and well-appointed. Couldn't have asked for more!

Valeria and Francesco where both great! Before arriving I explained my itinerary to Valeria and she provided all the links for the metro and attractions which allowed me to pre-book and beat all the queues. I did arrive a bit later at night and they accommodated the late arrival. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Very clean and nice apartment, lots of character. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Valeria is a great person and you can always count on her. I'm sure that she will help you for every trouble you could have in Rome. I like travel and whenever I wish to find an host like Valeria so I can be sure that my holiday will be perfect.
