Cozy Park Avenue Upper East Studio

Everything was fine! Great location!

We absolutely loved staying at Lucy & Spencer's cosy apartment! The location is great, close to subway and Central Park & you must try the food and beer at Earl's just next door! L&S were very easygoing hosts and gave us some great tips on where to get fresh food, laundromat nice restaurants etc. I would absolutely recommend the place to others! What a lovely way to spend our first Christmas as a married couple!

My boyfriend and I LOVED our stay at Spencer's studio. Spencer was responsive and easily accessible from beginning to end, making the check-in and check-out process very smooth. I am very particular on cleanliness, especially the bathroom, and was pleased to find Spencer's place was just that- clean (and well set up). The apartment was fairly close to Line 6, which made trips around Manhattan and everywhere else easy. Most importantly, Spencer was incredibly friendly, honest, professional, and considerate, hence making our stay in his studio exceptional. I highly recommend this studio. I would definitely stay in this studio again.

Lucy and Spencer's cool little studio is the perfect place to bed down during a stay in NYC. It's perfectly situated close to Central Park and the museums, just around the corner from the No.6 Subway line, with everything you might need close by (including a fab gourmet deli/supermarket and lots of cute cafés and restaurants). The apartment is decorated with real style and is scrupulously clean and tidy, with every inch of space maximized. It has all mod cons, a fantastic shower, and the bed/futon is SUPER comfy. Lucy and Spencer are really charming, professional and easy to deal with. Thanks, guys, for a wonderful two weeks in Manhattan!

Lucy and Spencer's apartment was a great place to stay. Very cozy, and a perfect location near subway/buses and grocery stores. They provided us with a list of tips and maps upon arrival, that were very handy the first days of our stay. The laptop and the Internet connection was also much appreciated. Even though we didn't use the bikes, as we preferred to walk, I'd imagine it's a great treat if you want to cycle around in Central Park. If going back to NYC, we would definitely stay there again.

Great cozy apartment in a great location. Close to Central Park and only 2 blocks from the subway. Stocked with all the amenities that you would need for a relaxing vacation (and a gourmet grocery store on the same block!). Much more comfortable than a hotel! We really enjoyed our stay at Lucy & Spencer's and look forward to another visit in the future.

This place is awesome and Lucy and Spencer are really nice! The studio is cozy, comfy, clean and well decorated. It is perfectly situated close to Central Park and everything else you might need (supermarket, subway, cafes, etc). Lucy and Spencer provided all the stuff we needed, even a connected laptop and a couple of bikes. The latter came very useful in Central Park! Very nice :-) Spencer also gave us a list with tips on what to do and where to go - much appreciated! When back to NYC, we could definately consider staying there again. Cozy, comfortable, convenient, clean and central is definately the best way to describe Lucy and Spencers studio. This place is perfect. Heated, very comfy bed, computer connected to internet was very handy. Lucy was great and very welcoming leaving handy notes on all the amenities and locals tips. The corner store is more like a gourmet food market, it's fantastic. Would definately stay there again. Don't pass this one up.

A neat little flat, stylishly and comfortably decorated and furnished. Walking distance to Museum Mile and Central Park, with an excellent deli on the corner and the subway two blocks away. Also, Spencer was always easily available to answer questions and give local recommendations. A great place to stay!

Lucy&Spencer's studio is really nice and cozy, well located, near the subway. Ive only met Spencer and he was really kind and helpful.I'll definitely stay there next time I am in NY! Maria

Lucy & Spencer rock! They are such good, honest and loyal friends and honorary god-parents to our dog. They have a cool & cozy reasonably priced apt close to Central Park. You won't be disappointed.

Lucy and Spencer are an open minded, adventurous and accommodating couple that one could wish to have as a host. They truly will do everything to make your stay in New York City as agreeable, and as exciting as possible. Their studio is not just a stylish and clean accommodation, it also is located only a 5 min walk to both Central Park and the subway station. Lucy and Spencer will be able to suggest the best paths to take their two bikes on when exploring the city, in addition their knowledge of many New York hot spots and little hidden gems, which they will gladly tell you all about.

Well decorated with everything you'll need! Close to a wonderful market, wine shop, Central Park and the 6 subway. The apartment is always spotless. A great alternative to a hotel!

The apartment is neat and clean with really comfy bed. Location is fantastic, two blocks from Central Park, where you can make use of their bikes. Very convenient to 6 train subway, and restaurants. I love staying here and highly recommend the place.

It's a cute cozy apartment. Priced great for NY city. Lucy and Spencer are a delightful couple, I would recommend highly. They are honest, responsible and walk their talk, go for it, definitely.
