VICTORIAN TOWNHOME DOWNTOWN

This is a great place to stay! We were just minutes from downtown in an historic neighborhood. There was plenty of on street parking. This is lovely three story townhome with plenty of room, nice kitchen, dining room, comfortable, everything we needed. I'd happily return next time we are in Denver. I love being able to cook breakfast, make lunches, etc rather than always having to eat out. This is a great home base. Julie is very friendly and helpful, too.

Elizabeth: Have taken a while to write this because i wanted to find the right words, but the superlatives still escape me: LOVED the house, LOVED the neighborhood, LOVED Denver! Julie was so warm and gracious and the house was a gem. We couldn't have been more comfortable. Even after Julie left and we settled in, there were little touches she had left (chocolates and notes by the beds, a "concierge" packet) that were so thoughtful and helpful. Coming "home" to this lovely place at the end of long day of workshops -- or a brisk fall day of exploring the city (just a mile away!) -- was so much more enjoyable and comfortable than a a cookie-cutter 1-room hotel room. I have started a love-affair with Denver and hope to make this my "home base" in future visits! Margaret: Julie's townhouse is beautifully decorated and smartly organized. It is conveniently located near gorgeous City Park for those brisk morning walks, B-cycle stations (great way to get around Denver even in the cold), and wonderful cafes, markets, and restaurants. I can't wait to return in warmer weather. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

After spending 12 hours in the airport with 3 kids, what a relief to walk through the door of this house. Thanks so much Julie for sharing your charming home and being such a wonderful hostess! . I hosted some friends for dinner and Julie's kitchen was bliss with a great seating area for my guests and I to chat while I cooked! The third floor was so great for the kids as we almost never saw them:) The back courtyard was perfect and even the neighbors were awesome! We would be honored to stay here again next time we visit Denver. Thanks again for being so wonderful hostess. P.S Nicholas insisted we leave his house for you:)

Julie's town home was the best thing about Denver! And I loved Denver! Her home is very warm and inviting, close to downtown, great restaurants and a 5 min drive or 15 bike ride to the Denver zoo and Natural History Museum. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Denver. Each night walking in the front door felt like coming home. Julie is blast to boot and has one of the best DVD and CD collections around!
