A room right next to Times Square!

Linnea was a great host and conversationalist. The location is great and really in the heart of NYC without the noise! I felt very comfortable staying there and would recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Linnea's apartment was as advertised on the website. It was clean and comfortable, just nice and cosy for a 1 night stay for us. She was also very prompt in replying to our messages and queries before we arrived- she had left the keys with the security staff downstairs so we were able to enter without any problems. we only met her briefly just before we left, she seemed friendly and warm. her cat is very cute :) the apartment is very close to timesquare/ broadway, and a 5 min walk from the 42nd st port authority metro stop, so great location :) would stay again !

We had a lovely stay and Linnea was a perfect host,we almost never saw her and it felt like we had the whole apartment to ourselves.The location was perfect for what we had planned to do.I would definitely stay over again!

Nous revenons d'une semaine à new york chez Linnéa l'appartement est très bien placé au coeur de Manhattan et il est très calme dans un immeuble moderne et très bien entretenu Linnéa est charmante, très discrète et très organisée pour accueillir ses hôtes. c'est tout à fait conforme aux photos la chambre claire, un grand lit un grand placard une grande commode et un miroir, et la salle de bains/wc à coté de la chambre. séjour très agréable

The bed and location were great. Linnea was very nice although we didn't see much of her.

l'appartement de linnea est très bien situé, proche du métro et à 10 minutes de marche de times square. le quartier est sympa, il y a plein de petits commerces. la chambre est simple, au calme, nous y avons très bien dormi à 3 et la vue de nuit sur les immeubles autour est magnifique. très bon souvenir...

el apartamento bastante desordenado y sucio, la ventaja que la propietaria es como si no viviera ya que esta todo el dia durmiendo en el sofa del salon metida entre biombos, eso si existe un aroma caracteristico en ese apartamento, no sabria identificarlo, es como agridulce, pero con abrir la ventana apañado, eso si, no abras demasiado porque rompes las cortinas que hacen tope, sin olvidar una lamparita preciosa que se encuentra siempre a tu paso. La situacion del apartamento esta genial, pero bueno, para dormir cualquier garita sirve.

Great location and great host :)

I stayed with Linnea for a month and couldn't have asked for a kinder, more considerate and helpful host. The location is fantastic as it's five minutes from Times Square (yet somehow peaceful and quiet!), right in the heart of Manhattan. You will have 95% of everything you need within walking distance, and the other 5% easily accessible via the subway. Linnea herself is completely lovely, and great for practical advice about the city. Couldn't recommend this enough!

I had an awesome experience staying at Linnea's. The location couldn't have been better. It is close to absolutely every train in NYC. The building and apartment are gorgeous and had a very warm and welcoming feeling. There were also tons of restaurants and bars in the immediate neighborhood. One afternoon we walked down to the highline from Linnea's and spent the afternoon exploring the meat packing district. Oh, and most importantly, Linnea is amazing and really helpful with recommendations. The only drawback is that the memory foam is soooo comfortable that it makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning to go enjoy the city! For the price, I would definitely recommend staying here.
