Cozy Venice Beach Bedroom Nook

Elizabeth is a perfect hostess. When I arrived she was gabbing with four friends, prepping for an outing, and invited me to join the conversation. Had a blast meeting them, slept like a baby, on a comfy bed, and look forward to going back. She lives in an artists paradise, and has a flair, which is evident from her bubbly persona, eclectic, and interesting apartment, and fascinating Venice city scape. Thanks, Elizabeth

What an amazing place to stay! I absolutely loved my stay with Elizabeth, not only was the vibe and location of the house wonderful but you couldn't ask for a better host. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about my stay with Elizabeth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the house immaculate (but not uncomfortably so where you are scared to touch anything). I would whole heartedly recommend anyone considering coming to Venice to stay here and I personally look forward to coming back! xx

Elizabeth is a great, warm and fun host. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of great tips regarding places to eat and drink in the area. Unfortunately she wasn't very well at the time of our visit, otherwise we would have liked to have hung out with her more! The apartment is clean and cosy and ideally situated for the beach, Santa Monica and Abbot-Kinney - great for LA first-timers who want to avoid Hollywood, etc. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying with Elizabeth while I completed a yoga teaching training through Shiva Rea's program at Exhale. Elizabeth had hosted another guest in one of Shiva's programs and so she really understood the rigors of the schedule I was under. Elizabeth was very considerate, friendly and flexible and a great communicator. It was nice to come home at the end of a long day and be able to have a fun chat with Elizabeth before falling asleep. I was in Venice Beach / LA for 3 days to get a slight view on Cali way of life and I enjoyed it big time. My host Elizabeth was very nice to me: She supplied a comfortable bed, gave me recommendations of things to see (will nerver forget the Venice canals) and actually took me with her nice and crazy friends to Getty Museum. It was fun experiencing things with a local Venice beach person - I learned a lot. Thanks Elizabeth.

I loved staying at Elizabeth's. She provided a comfortable, friendly and very aesthetic environment in a the perfect location- a quiet get-away - near a lively area, a few blocks from the beach. She was generous and with her time and information, and parking was not problem. I was visiting because of a tragedy in my family and this was a perfect place for me to retreat to after family stress. She was ( is ) really nice, and so were her friends. I highly suggest Elizabeths Venice Nook if you want to enjoy L.A.

A beautiful place to 3 minutes from the beach, great location and cozy bus one block away. My English was somewhat limited to seeing more Elizabeth who offered me his hospitality and kindly was my weather the entire time.

My friend Kim and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth's apartment. (the location couldn't have been much better...so close to the beach.) Quiet and night. The three of us had great conversatons when our paths crossed and Elizabeth was very helpful in what to see and how to get there. She is a very interesting lady and a gracious hostess..... just allowed us to make ourselves at home in her space. The space for 2 guests not sharing a bed, was perhaps a bit tight but cute and cozy. I would be happy to return to stay with Elizabeth if I return to Venice.

This place really is a short walk to the beach! The convenience is definitely the best part of this charming little beach apartment. Elizabeth was very accommodating, even when we switched up the dates of our trip at the last minute. She raised the bed so that we could fit our luggage underneath, and she was very respectful of our privacy. It is a bit of a tight space, and just be aware that the space is divided by curtains; the only doors are the ones that lead to the kitchen and to the bathroom.

Elizabeth is an amazing hostess! She's thoughtful, friendly, and very helpful! She is generous with her time and her place is lovely- you can even hear the ocean in the quiet hours of the morning. It's a very short walk to the beach, the canals, and Abbot- Kinney. The walk to/ from the studio at Exhale was also quite pleasant- especially once I discovered I didn't need to haul my mat and supplies multiple times a day! (big mats are heavy!) :) I look forward to staying with her again in the future.

It is a fantastic location. Close to Main St., the beach, and Abbot Kinney - couldn't be better. The apartment itself was a bit cluttered but was perfectly fine. We had a great time.

Venice Beach is an exciting location not to be missed, but if you like a minimum of cleanliness I recommend looking for another apartment. It's filthy needing a thorough cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and airing out . Bathroom wasn't clean neither kitchen, nor fridge. View host response

Communication with Elizabeth before and during our stay was great. Elizabeth was great and easy to deal with. The location of her apartment made it easy to get anywhere and is only a couple of blocks back from Venice Beach. We hired a car and parking wasn't an issue. Definitely consider her place for location, value for money and a straight forward reservation. Thanks Elizabeth!

I've known Elizabeth for over 4 years and have found her to be one of the most creative & inventive people I've met since moving to LA. She's also loads of fun, possessing one of the best giggles in town! From her riotous ruby ringlets to the many sweet touches around her house - from the letters 'd r e a m' on the mantle to the funky tin rooster in her kitchen - you'll have no doubt upon entering her home that you are in the presence of a very unique and inspiring woman. Elizabeth adores all that is cozy and romantic and will go out of her way to make you feel pampered. If you can bring yourself to leave her Venice haven you will also soon notice that you are in an amazing location! Leave the house and you'll find the beach is just a minutes walk away...not to mention the Venice Canals(gorgeous!), Marina Del Rey, Abbot-Kinney, the Santa Monica Pier, and so much more... If you're lucky enough to find Elizabeth's accommodation available...book it! You will not regret it!

Elizabeth is a wonderful person and would be a great housemate. I have stayed at her lovely apartment a couple of times now and have enjoyed it very much. The location is ideal as well, walk to beach, walk to coffee, walk to shopping, etc.

Without a doubt you will be treated to a stylish, comfortable experience in the heart of hip and classy Venice, CA.

I cannot recommend Elizabeth more highly! I've known her since we were both 9 years old (I won't say exactly how long that is - LOL), and she is a kind, creative, smart, beautiful, generous, loving and all-around wonderful person. She's been an incredible friend to me for many years. She would be a wonderful roommate/landlady for anyone looking for a place to live, but especially for a creative person like herself. Have known Elizabeth for many years. Her apartment is in a fantastic location, close to both the beach and Abbot Kinney. Then Elizabeth is full of energy, style and verve.
