  Friendly when we asked questions, easy to contact. Place was as described. Be ready for lots of stairs, which are tough after long days of walking. Amazing neighborhood, great Paris experience, really close to main subway line and buses and every amenity needed and so close to many monuments. Would definitely stay again.

  The stay was good, nice and central in Paris. Close to bicycle hire depo. Frank is efficient and room was clean. It is secure, but at the top of 5 flights of a total of 98 stairs. No loo in the room, must go down 1 flight of stairs in the middle of the night. All in all it was acceptable.

  Franck was an amazing host. There was confusion (all error on our part) for checking into the flat and he bent over backwards to work it out. We absolutely loved the flat. It was very small, but it still had everything necessary for a lovely stay. The location couldn't be better. I wouldn't hesitate a moment before booking with Franck again.

  Frank was a very good host for us during our week stay in Barcelona. While he was out of town on work during the time we were there, he was still a very good communicator and helped us with any issues we had. The place was very reasonably priced, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely keep Franck in mind during our next visit to Paris. I highly recommend.

  la chambre est très clean et agréable, c'est calme (même si les murs sont en papier et que l'on entend chaque bruit des chambres voisines, mais les locataires sont très respectueux et silencieux) et très bien situé. Je trouve difficile d'avoir les toilettes séparées et à l'étage, mais si on réfléchit au rapport qualité-prix, il n'y a rien à redire. Je me suis fait du thé en regardant la télé (plein de chaînes disponibles) et le wifi fonctionne très bien. Je recommande ce logement pour les gens seuls qui veulent être au coeur du marais, et qui ne craignent pas d'escalader cinq étages sans ascenseur ;-) p.s prenez votre téléphone aux toilettes, car la lumière est reliée à la minuterie de l'étage et s'éteint rapidement et l'interrupteur dans les WC est hors service… donc si vous n'aimez pas faire pipi dans le noir, soyez prévoyants.

  Very comfortable, great location. Walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Right in the middle of a myriad of restaurants and shops. Apartment was perfect for 2 people.

  Great flat in a great location! Franck has created a wonderful space for visitors. Not much was lacking and the bathroom was sensational. We were amazed to be in the center of Paris and yet were able to sleep without any city noise. We would definitely return and would recommend to all. Terrific internet connection! May 2012

  The apartment is in a great location.The transportation is very close (metro, RER).Lots of bars nearby.Recommendation. ***Ako želite da budete smešteni u centru Pariza i da sa lakoćom stignete na bilo koju lokaciju onda je ovo pravi izbor.

  I stayed for 10 nights at the end of April, and it was an excellent place to call home while there. It was in a good location, a number of attractions are within walking distance, as well as cafes and grocery stores. There is also a metro stop near the apartment. For one person the apartment was a good size, I could see it being a little cramped for two people, but if it is just being used as a place to sleep at night it is good. I had issues with the internet while I was there, however, Franck went out of his way to fix the problem. Next time I am in Paris I would definitely stay again.

  I LOVE this apartment, the new bathroom is amazing and you cannot beat the location - it is perfect! I love how it feels like a home away from home with full kitchen and clothes washer etc. Franck is as always a great and accommodating host. Only place I would stay when visiting Paris :)

  Franck's apt was exactly as advertised. it was clean, tasteful and absolutely charming. The apartment is located in a fabulous part of town, very centrally located and in walking distance to everything. Franck himself was very accomodating, even carrying my bag up to the flat, letting me know where the nearest grocery stores were and metro stations. This was my first experience using AirBnB and I really hit the jackpot. Had an amazing time and will definitely be contacting Franck again for any future visits to Paris!

  Great host! Everything was just as promised! He was at the apartment waiting at the set time. The apartment was only a few minutes walk from Notre Dame and all of Paris was easily accessible by the nearby metro. An excellent place to stay when in Paris!
