Hello travelers,
OUR HOME has always been open to friends and family. Now we open it to you! We live in a spacious loft in the old Sears Building — one of the oldest live/works in San Francisco's Mission district. It's a very cool space. Amenities include:
• Ideal proximity to excellent neighborhoods (Mission, Bernal Heights, Noe Valley, Hayes Valley)
• Rooftop garden with BBQ
• Coin laundry in the building
• Quick access to BART and other public transit
• City Car Share in our parking lot
• Parking may be available, paid separately to the building ($5 a day), please inquire
• 10min drive to SFO, half hour on BART. Possible pick ups and drop offs in the Scion, please inquire.
THE GUEST ROOM is suitably spacious, with a queen-sized bed and some basic comforts. We provide bedding, towels, soaps, and San Francisco Magazine. Guests are more than welcome to use the kitchen and cook during their stay. We also have a projector in the apartment to watch movies on the wall (no TV).
THE NEIGHBORHOOD is one of San Francisco's most popular shopping & bar/restaurant areas. Plus, if there is sun in the city you'll find it here. I have lived in SF for close to 10 years and the Mission is my favorite place to be. We can recommend endless options for daytime and nighttime activities!
WE ARE an artsy-crafty couple in our mid/late 20s. Graphic design, media design, wood/furniture creation, and general DIY are our trades. We also have a dog, Townes, who is a well-behaved and affectionate mutt who will love you.
*PLEASE NOTE* The upstairs loft is a partially enclosed mezzanine, so there is no noise privacy. But your bedroom comes with a door and curtains (complete visual privacy).
*NO EXTRA CHARGE* for couples — bed accommodates 2. No cleaning fee. Children not recommended but exceptions made. Sorry, no other pets allowed, building rules.
Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. Thanks!
Katie & David (and Townes)
