Amazing place, amazing service. I cannot recommend this place enough. Anderson and his biz partner Damian were absolutely top notch hosts. The place is tastefully decorated and fully loaded with high speed internet, cable tv and even a washer/dryer. Will stay here again.

In the better place for all, rest or hang out, one of the best spots through the windows, Anderson has a beautiful an cozy propierty in the middle of emblematic Little Italy District. Thanks for all.

This apartment is everything it promises. It's comfortable, well appointed and furnished with carefully chosen designer pieces. From a practical point of view, it offers everything you'll need on a trip to New York - even a printer in case you need to print your boarding pass before you rush out the door at the end of your stay. It's in a central location in Little Italy, with Soho, Nolita, East Village and the Lower East Side at your doorstep. But in contrast to the neighbourhood, it's quiet, warm and private, offering the perfect retreat from the city at the end of a busy day. Anderson was a great host and answered every query quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to rent any of his apartments again.

We arrived on very short notice but Anderson was very flexible and everything went smoothly. The place is lovable, very tastefully decorated and perfectly well situated. Thanks for making our NYC trip so easy. We will be happy to come back.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week as part of our honeymoon in New York. For us, this apartment was the very high end of our budget, but it looked so luxurious we decided to splurge. This apartment has many lovely features, including the brickwork, furnishings and a very comfy bed. It is big enough for two people and it was kept very cosy by the pipe heating when we were there (March 2012). It was clean when we arrived, but I wouldn't say 'spotless'. Personally I think little touches like plants/flowers are always nice and welcoming too. The information pack was really useful and well put together and Damien was very quick to answer a query we had about the tv/ipod dock when we arrived, which we really appreciated. Location-wise, this apartment was perfect for us. Amazing restaurants right on the door step, and a subway and Starbucks literally around the corner. If you want a great location and somewhere to see most of Manhattan from, this place is ideal. There was some traffic/outside noise, to be expected, but we got used to it. We were out most of the day so this was not really a problem. One thing I did not expect, however, was the two dogs upstairs. They ran around and it was really very noisy, sometimes starting at 6am. They would also occasionally have 'conversations' with another dog downstairs! Perhaps it bothered me more than most people, as no-one else has mentioned it in a review. The only other negative is the stairwell itself. I found it a little unpleasant, mainly because the garbage is left at the bottom of the staircase and the smell was really not nice. I did not mention the dogs or the garbage to the hosts as I realise that these are things that are out-with their control. However, I do feel that they add to the overall experience. This apartment gave us a unique New York experience and we absolutely fell in love with SoHo itself. The place is really beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Cannot fault the hosts and their communication.

The apartment was exactly as it appears online. Neat, beautifully set up and tastefully decorated. The area is great for easy access to subways and lots of amazing restaurants, yet is still quiet upstairs to not be overly bothered by street noise. We had a fantastic stay in NYC and will definitely be back. Thank you!

This is a beautiful loft perfectly situated in SoHo. The loft looks exactly as the pictures demonstrate, and the host (Anderson) could not be more responsive or accommodating. It is a third floor walk-up, which can be daunting with a heavy suitcase, but your reward is the luxurious appointments and attention to detail - no dead plants, old sheets or missing towels here. This loft rivals the luxury hotels in its comforts AND, it is located right next door to Ed's Lobster Bar. It does not get any better.

Great place, great location.

We loved this beautiful space, its many amenities, and Anderson's graciousness as a host. On top of that, the location is incredible, putting us next to or near some of our favorite NY restaurants and shops. Our new favorites: Joseph Leonard, Fedora, Betel, Claude's for the best croissants, we could go on.. all a very short walk away. One warning to those traveling for business: The street below is incredibly noisy and there doesn't seem to be an escape from the sounds at even 3,4, or 5 am. Bring your earplugs!

BEAUTIFUL apartment, exactly as listing. The bedroom is WONDERFUL, the design element of curtains on the walls gave the room such a warm, cozy energy. The European linens were great, I slept so well, felt like I was at home. The West Village is by far one of my favorite neighborhoods in NYC so the apt is in an ideal location. Walking distance to everything and subways less then two blocks away. Communication with the hosts was instant, my emails were replied to immediately. I come to NYC often on business and hope to stay here again.

It _is_ like staying in an Elle Decor set!... compact decorator apartment in a great location. helpful booklet with recommendations on the neighborhood. 3rd floor walkup. Extremely clean, very comfortable. best for a couple or single person; 2nd bed is an inflatable mattress you set up in the living room after moving some furniture around and sole bathroom is thru the bedroom, so may be some privacy issues there.

this apartment is stunning. first of all it's in the best location in Manhattan - heart of SoHo, and there are several subways within a few seconds-minutes walking distance. having lived in Manhattan for 10 years, I can honestly say it's one of the most fabulous apartments I've ever been in, much less lived in. my husband and I would stay here every time we came back to NYC.

Anderson a great guy and with amazing taste. He has clearly thought through every detail that goes into creating stylish, comfortable and efficient living spaces. Friendly, thoughtful and honest are the words that come to mind. I have visited and can confidently recommend all of the listings he has here on Airbnb!
