Nice, clean, and very charming apartment and helpful host!

Ohh this apartment was absolutely gorgeous!! It was so comfortable I really didn't want to leave! Bertrand was super friendly, reliable and accommodating - truly a fabulous host! The flat is located in a vibrant, fun neighbourhood close to everything. It really did feel like a little home away from home. I would highly recommend this apartment for a special stay in a special city!!

We stayed at Bertrand's flat for 5 days over new year. Must say, the place delivers exactly what it says on the tin. Charming, cosy, with nice views over Paris rooftops, and of course, very good central location. Also found Bertrand to be helpful and kind host, even leaving books about Paris on the coffee table for us to use during the stay. The only drawback is that the flat is on the 6th floor with no lift, along a tiny narrow staircase. Its ok if you're fit and travel light, but beware if you have young kids or a heavy suitcase. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend staying here.

Bertrand's apartment is small but comfortable, quiet and very very nice. Perfect for two persons. We spent four days wonderful! Being in the heart of the Marais is the perfect starting point to get around town on foot. The climb to the sixth floor is not so heavy, and the view is really amazing!!! Bertrand is also very kind person and helpful. Definitely recommend his apartment.

This was my first time using AirBnB and it was a great, hassle-free experience. We loved our stay at Bertrand's apartment. Bertrand was helpful, friendly & laid back. The apartment is exactly as listed, very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and has plenty of room for 2 people. The location, right in the center of Paris, is unbeatable. We would definitely stay there again!

Bertrand's apartment was all that we had hoped for, and then some! It was centrally located to so many shops, cafes, and sights, with everything being completely accessible via walking; in fact, we only used the metro once, to go to the flea markets in Montmartre, and we walked to the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, many other museums, and several gardens. The apartment itself is well appointed and was the perfect size for my husband and I. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but climbing and descending them several times a day made me feel better about my indulgences in pastries and croissants. Plus, the view that the 6th story apartment affords is more than worth the climb. Bertrand was also a terrific host, providing us with very helpful directions and suggestions of where to go. There were several guidebooks/magazines, maps, and even a basic French language guide set out for us to look through, and he even offered to escort us to the Metro to make sure we got off all right. We would not hesitate to return for a stay or to recommend his apartment to friends. Enjoy!

Such a beautiful apartment in the middle of the marais, right in the thick of everything. We had an amazing time, Bertrand was a great host and was more than happy to help out with anything that we needed, which was very handy when you need things done in French, or a recommendation for a great place to eat. You do need to climb a lot of stairs to get there, but thats normal for Paris, and once you see the view of the Sacre-Coeur from the balcony, its totally worth it. Highly recommend to anyone.

The apartment is in a wonderful neighborhood. Cafes, shops, sites. Twenty minutes by metro to Gare du Nord. Bertrand was a helpful host and the apartment was nice and cosy.
