About this listing
A fully-furnished, shabby-chic, old-world-charm apartment in Beverly Hills. A great location in the heart of things. Within walking distance to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Beverly Center shopping mall, La Cienega Restaurant Row, Trader Joe's food store, and the Robertson Boulevard boutiques.
Anywhere between 1-2 miles to The Farmers Market, The Grove, Whole Foods Market, all the designer shops on Rodeo Drive, and such famous restaurants as Matsuhisa, Spago, The Ivy, Mastro's Steak House, Bouchon, and Ago - among others; West Hollywood, the Melrose shopping district, and the nightclubs on the Sunset Strip; and, depending on your exact destination, 5 - 10 miles to Bel Air, Santa Monica, Westwood, Venice Beach, downtown Los Angeles, and most of the touristy Hollywood landmarks - such as Universal Studios, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Grauman Chinese Theater, and the Hollywood-Highland Center, which houses the Dolby Theater, where The Oscars' yearly ceremonies are held, etc.
The apartment has one bedroom with a California king-size bed, which sleeps two people comfortably. One bathroom with a shower and a tub. A fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle, cooking utensils). 65" cable TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a landline phone with unlimited local calls, air conditioning, heating, a walk-in closet, an iron with an ironing board, a hair dryer, a curling iron, laundry facility in the basement of the building, and free street parking - as long as your car has California license plates. Please note the following: two or three old reviews are no longer relevant as they mention certain aspects of the apartment that have been renovated since then, such as the floor, the bathroom, the walls, etc.
The entire space.
Interaction with guests
I'll be available through the Airbnb platform in case the guest needs help or tips about the neighborhood or the city.
Los Angeles is extremely spread-out and therefore in most cases having a car is a must. Public transportation is available, of course, and just a few steps from the apartment, but because of the vastness of the city it can be time-consuming.

I'm currently based in Los Angeles. Travel is one of my passions and I love having friends all over the world. I'm interested in intelligent, well-educated, and cultured people who appreciate our common humanity and care about this little planet of ours - and the precious and magical fabric of life that is on it.
