VILLA TERESA is the ideal place for those who want a relaxing holiday, to enjoy Rome as a tourist and more!
THE WHOLE APARTMENT IS FOR YOUR USE ONLY.
It's bright and comfortable, modernly furnished, with a bedroom and a spacious living room containing a double-sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer and various kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a functional washing-machine, washing powder, hair dryer and bathtub with running water.
It's one of the few places in Rome where you will not hear the congested traffic noise, which in a city like Rome, is truly remarkable! thing! Many tourists call it an OASIS; when you wake up, you will only hear the chirping of birds :-) It's really a romantic and cozy place! The Villa is surrounded by greenery and has ample free parking for your car or bicycle.
The external facade of the Villa, stylishly decorated, is a typical example of the posh residential buildings of the late 900s. It's located in the historic district "Quadraro", where you can still see the craft shops and workers of the Cinecittà film Studios.
A well-stocked cafe and classic roman bakery are just 200 m walk away.
In the neighborhood you can also find all kinds of services: restaurants, shops, bars, bakeries, pubs, supermarkets, local market of fruits and vegetables, a swimming pool, sauna and much more emenities at excellent prices (everything here costs half that in the city center!!)
The Subway stop "Porta Furba" (line A, directly connected to the major turist attractions in the centre) is easily reachable 10 minutes on foot.
In 15 minutes you are at the "Piazza di Spagna", from there you can walk to Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Campo de 'Fiori , Mouth of Truth, and many famous roman churches and museums in the area.
Or you can use the subway to get to these places fa little faster!
