CozY And ComfY - Entire apt.

it was a relaxed place, close to the tram station and Alper is a very friendly and nice host. I felt welcomed and recommend the place - it has a perfect size and a comfortable living room

Остались очень довольны пребыванием в апартаментах. В первую очередь уютные, две комнаты, можно проживать втроем. Второе это транспортная развязка. На автобусах, которые находятся рядом, можно доехать до Истикляль, а также до причала Кабаташ, откуда можно попасть на острова. Был небольшой минус - это шумоизоляция. Каждое утро в районе 5 утра начиналось пение из мечети созывая к утренней молитве, длится оно около 5 минут, кто очень чутко спит, то это будет раздрожать. Мы на третий день привыкли и не замечали.

We had a great stay in Istanbul. Alper was very welcoming and it was easy to catch the tram into Sultanahmet. The apartment had everything that you need and the hot water was good in the shower. The sofa bed was comfortable too.

The appartment is very nice and in a quiet place, it is beautifully furnished and best of all is Alper, he is a real gentleman and very helping, if i have to describe him in few words i would say he is excellent in all .it was a pleasure meeting you Alper, may God bless you for all the good things you did for us . Staying at Alper's was really convenient. He was really fast in answering my emails and always ready to help. He's place is as good as the pictures suggest. It's also close to a tram station of a line that takes you straight to Sultahnamet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately we were only able to stay with Alper for one night but he was incredibly kind and helped us out a bunch in the short time we got to spend with him. Place is very easy to get to from the Airport and has some great food all around it. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Thanks so much

It was a great flat with great location near the tram station. There are little supermarkets and restaurants around that make it really easy to pick up some food and drinks. The flat is clean, with everything you need to feel at home. Alper is very responsive and kind host. I recommend Alper's place for people who want to be close to all the historic attractions but without all the tourists.

We spent a wonderful week in Istanbul in March and the flat we rented was great: spacious enough for a comfortable stay and cosy at the same time; not next to the main tourist routes (so in a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood) but really close to all the city's attractions (about 10 mins by tram) and equipped with all the necessary stuff - nice bathroom, comfy bed and a table for tasty breakfasts :) Shops, bars and restaurants are just round the corner, so the area really has everything you may need. And Alper is a great host - very welcoming and helpful, he advised us on what to see and do, where to eat good food, etc. We (me and my boyfriend) fell in love with Istanbul and we will surely come back - and will be happy stay in that flat again!

Great flat, near the tram station; there's everything you need in the neighbourhood. Alper even left us some food in the fridge - You can cook easily, watch dvd, really feel home. There was a problem with the heater while we were there, but Alper brought someone to fix the problem very quickly! I recommend this place to everybody.

We had great time in Istanbul. Alper is a cool host. Çapa area is quiet and relaxing, contrasting with all tourist sites and the city center. All places to visit are on the tram line + stations leading to the ferry docks.

This is a cool apartment located in a great area. Alper is great, he met us at the metro and was extremely helpful. We only stayed one night but it was very convenient for our needs. It was a cold day when we were there so the apartment was a bit colder than normal but otherwise it was enjoyable.

From the very beginning, Alper was kind, friendly, answered all my questions, gave me great travel tips and met us directly at the tram station to walk us straight to the apartment to give us the keys and show us in. Alper's cute and cozy apartment itself is located in such a convenient location, a very short distance from the tram station, in the most cutest and quaint neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores around. we only stayed for 2 days and let me tell you, without the distraction of the city noise at nite, I was able to sleep like a baby and this coming from an insomniac. Overall, a 5 star stay and I would absolutely stay here again so if you are looking for a clean, central location to stay, this is THE PLACE. You will not regret it!

Super Host !!! If you are looking for a place to stay in istanbul, well located, confortable ... Stop searching, Alper's places are your answer !!!! We were there for few days and we really enjoyed our stay and we won't hesitate to come back for our next trip !!!

Me and my boyfriend rented a flat from Alper during our stay in Istanbul this spring - and he turned out to be a really cool and helpful guy :) He knows a lot about the city, places to eat, visit, etc. so he is a great host for anyone coming to this fantastic city.

Alper was one of the most wonderful host imaginable, taking care of all of our needs, and making us feel completely welcome. We rent a room from one of his apt.s with my boyfriend and the room was immaculate and cared for with love. We enjoyed the neighborhood, and so many beautiful places to walk and explore nearby. The house was peaceful and quiet, not far from all the touristic attractions and well connected with public transportation. We were grateful to have such a spacious and well-stocked kitchen, loved having our meals there, and had a magical experience to treasure for the rest of our lives. Thank you!

Alper is an excellent friend and a Travel Buddy! i love his positive energy.. he is very organized, open-minded, always happy to help and to meet people. He is someone you can trust in, as a guest or as a host. His flats in Istanbul are great place to stay at, do not hesitate!
