Monika's apartment is clean and comfortable, and is in a fantastic location near the center of Gdansk. We loved hearing the church bells! A long staircase to the apartment is the only drawback - a bit of a chore with heavy luggage.

Monika is a supernice host. She recommended lots of good things to do and to see in Gdansk. The penthouse were just as cousy as the pictures portrayed, with the really high ceiling in both living room and middle floor, and were worth the price we payed. Central and on a really quiet street. However, perhaps a little close to one of the many churchtowers, but this seamed unavoidable. 5/5 would rent again.

If you are looking to visit the beautiful city of Gdansk you cannot beat this location! Only one street away from old town and walking distance from the tram, that is easy to navigate. We took day trips by train to Malbork and to Sopot, both spots worth the quick train ride also! Staying at this location really felt like were part of the neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable for the large group that we were traveling with, ages 2 years old to 70 years old. Monika was very helpful leading up to our trip and even while we were there she responded quickly with our questions as well as giving us suggestions of places to eat! This is a location that my family hopes to visit again!

The flat is on the last floor of period building full of unexpectedly hidden space. Maybe it needs some renovation, but it is big and gives enough space even for bigger group. If you are a bigger group mind that there is only one toilet :( Anyway great location is the biggest advantage, at the old town but aside of main tourist paths . Monica is really nice and helpful owner.

Monika's place was absolutely lovely and could not be more central. We had a small issue with the boiler during our stay which was not Monika's fault at all and Monika, her mother and her husband Franz could not have been more helpful in sorting it out quickly and making sure it wasn't a problem for us. They were brilliant hosts. The only slight issue was that the apartment only had 3 double beds, not 6 beds (1 double 1 single per room) as advertised. This was not a big problem as my friends and I didn't mind sharing but it would be helpful to correct the description. Overall I would definitely recommend it!

I was born, raised and studied in Gdansk. Willing to give my guests best advice about my beloved town - with all important sights and points of interest for short and long stay. I have the privilege to invite tourists from all over the world, with whom we can communicate in the fields of culture and tourism. Following the motto "live and let live", our principle is to base host-guest relationship on trust and respect for each other.
I cannot imagine my life without nature, art, theater coffee and friends.
