  everything was perfect! we really enjoyed our stay in berlin and we loved the apartment. the neighbourhood is fantastic and its really close to the city center. the contact with maria was very pleasant!! our questions were always quickly answered and it was all good!! I would recommend this place without a doubt and maybe i`ll be back..!!

  Maria is a great host and the apartment is the perfect location for your trip to Berlin. It's just a 5 minute walk to the tram and subway station and from there it takes you another 4 stops to the city centre (or one of the many city centres ;-)). But also the surrounding area offers a lot of nice shops, cafés, restaurants and other places to go (Husemannstraße and Kollwitzplatz are nice; you should also take a look at the flea market at Mauerpark ... and definitely get the best breakfast in town from the Zuckerfee in Greifenhagener Straße!). The apartment itself was clean, charming, beautifully furnitured and offering everything you'll need. So I definitely recommend this great place to stay!

  Nice place. As shown in the pictures. Maria very accommodating and no hassles. Kitchen lacks a few pans but thats not an issue if your not planning on cooking.

  The apartment is exactly as described in text and pictures. The subway station in really close by and if you fly from Tegel airport, it's very easy, convenient and cheap to get to the apt. Just follow Maria's directions. :) The location was great, because it's walking distance to bars, restaurants and second hand stores. I have to recommend the Japanese and Korean restaurant Omoni, which is closed by the apt. They serve great sushi and the place is always filled with guests. Since the subway is so closed by, it's very easy to get to other parts of Berlin, if you'd like to see more than Prenzlauer Berg. I would recommend everybody to stay at this apt. We had a great time!

  First trip to Berlin and definitely the apartment was in the perfect location. A few minutes away from the trains to the airport of Schoenfeld and few minutes away from the subway to go downtown. Cosy, clean and quiet. Neighborhood is really nice, there are a lot of bars and restaurants. We mostly enjoyed to have breakfast nearby the apartment at the bakery.

  I really enjoyed my experience in Maria's place. Where to begin. First, she was extremely reliable with communication, responding to all emails and texts quite promptly, she met me exactly when we had planned. Her place is very modern, stylish and cozy. I have to say the black paisley wallpaper and black chandelier was the hook, line, and sinker. Such style! There is also an amazing espresso machine that comes as a nice tool when you need a strong espresso to wake up to the next morning. Everything was very clean; the bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable. She has wifi you can hook your computer or Ipad up to. The neighborhood is amazing, with MANY restaurant options with all different tastes to choose from. The u/sbahn, is very close and easy to navigate. The only negative thing to say about the apartment is that I could hear people in the other apartments quite easily, especially in the mornings (baby crying), but overall there is really nothing bad to say about this apartment and my experience. I have nothing but high recommendations for this place and for my experience with Maria!

  Maria's apartment is in one of my favourite area: Prenzlauer Berg. You'll find many nice cafes around and stylish shops. Connections are also very good, both to the airport and to the centre. The flat itself is cosy, with lots of space for you in case you like to live the house more. I liked some little details Maria left around like the Baroque style little shelf in the bathroom in contrast with the essential modern sink. I would have liked to enjoy breakfast on the balcony but unfortunately it was -5 degrees!

  Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip to Berlin at the last minute so didn't end up staying in the apartment, but Maria was great to deal with and very responsive. Will definitely plan to stay at her apartment when next in Berlin!

  Great location - well equipped and clean appartment. Very smooth and flexible process - we arrived quite late in the evening - and stored our luggage on the day of departure with no hazzle whatsoever. We both recommend Wichert Str 38A :)

  As others have commented, a good, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Really good location, just round the corner from the Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn, and a five minute walk from some great cafes. This is one of the best parts of Berlin : great breakfasts, interesting people, quirky shops, wide streets without much traffic, Vietnamese restaurants, organic supermarkets, bicycles and multiple prampushers, and really easy access to anywhere else in the city.

  Lovely clean, quiet and warm appartment. We had everything we needed for our stay. Maria met us at the property and was very helpful, giving us all the relevant information for our time in Berlin.   We hardly recomand Maria's place!It's very simple to reach from the airport and very near to the S-Bahn and to the M2 Tram that's direct to Alexander Platz. Her place it's exactly like you can see in the picture. simple but perfect to stay and also very clean. In addiction we stayed there in november and the house was really warm and confortable even when outside was -3! Maria's place it's the Place to stay in Berlin. Chiara & Enrico

  Wonderful apartment in a great part of Berlin! Lots of beautiful little squares to eat and chill out nearby and easy access to centre of town. I was there for Berlin marathon and Maria's apartment provided the perfect base. Maria was very helpful and was easy to communicate with prior to arriving in Berlin. All in all - a great experience.   Really nice, extra-clean studio apartment in a great area, extremely convenient to transportation. The apartment is well-equipped. Lots of grocery options less than a block away. Tons of cafes, restaurants, shops and places to explore within walking distance.

  A beautifully and stylish decorated apartment on the edge of Mitte. 3 very convenient U/S-bahn lines nearby. And situated in the middle of the monument of the Berlin Wall! A little spooky, but also an incredible Berlin experience. The building isn't very cosy, however if you go inside the apartment that's not important any more! The elevator wasn't working while we were there, but luckily there weren't that many stairs. Kitchen is a little small, but has everything you need.
