COURS MIRABEAU SUPER CUTE APT+PATIO

Our stay in Samuel's perfect Aix apartment was everything we hoped for. The apartment itself is a peaceful, light space with all the mod cons. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location of the apartment is amazing, walk out the front door and you are on the main street in Aix, and from there, it's only minutes to restaurants, bars, shopping,supermarkets, bakeries etc etc. Being able to use the private parking was an added bonus and worth the extra cost per day. All in all, highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Samuel's place was delightful. It was such a pleasant change from all the hotels we were staying in. We could relax on the patio with a cup of coffee and Samuel was very helpful. I would highly recommend this wonderful, clean and perfectly located apartment. Hal and Susan

In a word, Samuel´s place is perfect. Seriously, you can stop reading now and book it straight away. We are three, my partner and I and our 20 month old baby. Samuel´s place is babyproofed so for the first time in a week of travelling we were actually able to relax in a flat. Long before we arrived Sam contacted me and asked if we needed him to buy us anything for the baby, since we were arriving on a Sunday and most of the shops were closed. He also offered to provide a camping cot or highchair, toys and so on. I thanked him but said we´d be fine. At the last minute, though, I asked if he could provide us with a highchair. Well, when we arrived at his flat he had sorted out a highchair AND a camping cot for us. He´d also stocked the cupboards and fridge with milk and cereals, babyfood, waffles, biscuits and whatnot. When I offered to pay for the food,he told me not to worry. Sam´s place is a dream, it really is a perfect spot, comfy bed, nice lounge, great balcony and the bathroom! OMG The bathroom is like something out of a 5 star hotel. The flat is central to everything, with restaurants, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, green grocers and a pharmacy literally at your doorstep. Itºs also perfectly located for the historical part of Aix and perfect for short trips out with a baby. I cannot recommend Sam´s place more. It was absolutely perfect for us. Thank you Sam

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Samuel est très agréable, discret et attentionné (de quoi se faire des pt déj et des choses au frigo) . Un immeuble sécurisé et très classe, nous avons aimé son appartement spacieux où l'on se sent toute suite comme chez soi, nous avons apprécié les wc séparés et le linge de toilette à disposition et en quantité et surtout de prendre notre pt déj tous les matins sur la terrasse.

Samuel était le meilleur pour nous. We called him last minute for his apartment and he was nothing but perfect! The apartment is lovely and perfectly placed in town if you've found yourself in aix-en-provence and you'd like a place to stay that's right downtown.

Sam was a great host and the apartment was right in the heart of the action! We'd stay again on our next trip to Aix :)

The apartment is amazing and Samuel is a great host - we loved our stay! Samuel was there to meet us and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect, in a well presented apartment block in the heart of the town. The apartment feels like home - clean, spacious, every need catered for (like dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen, coffee machine, Wii, etc etc). Samuel left a fantastic selection of goodies for breakfast. We can't recommend this place enough!!!

Sam was extremely helpful and everything we were expecting was the way we experienced our stay in the unit. The unit is in the BEST position in town and with the carparking facility available to guests we had the best of both worlds. Centre Ville at night with rental car to explore Provence by day, with no security or parking hassles. Can not recomend this more highly for a week in Provence. Well done Sam.

The apartment is located right in the city center, which couldn't have been better. It is equipped with fast WLAN, TV, washing machine and even a Nespresso espresso machine. Everything as described. Can be highly recommended!

My friend and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Sam's flat. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean, comfortable, and located at the city center. Sam was a great host who explained everything to us about the apartment and even provided some goodies for us to munch on. We wanted to do a day trip to Cassis and take a bike ride, and Sam gave us great information on which buses to take and rental companies in the area. Best of all the apartment has a washer and dryer, free international calls, and interesting design elements around the flat. I would highly recommend this place and would love to return here for my next trip to Aix!

Sam's place was perfect for me... the location can't be beaten and the apartment had everything I needed and more. I felt at home... after spending 4 nights in a tiny hotel room in Nice, this was a welcome respite. Sam was a gracious host and very accomodating. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

We really enjoyed staying in Sam's apartment - it was in the very centre of Aix and was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. We were particularly pleased that the kitchen was so well stocked and it was great that Sam had left us food for breakfast as well. We would definitely stay here again if back in Aix.

The apartment was very clean and the picture was exactly as advertised. Everything was absolutely amazing, if you plan on spending time in Aix en Provence I highly suggest staying here. The location is perfect as well.

Sam's apartment in Aix-en-Provence was the first time my wife and I used AirBnB. It was fantastic! Not only was the apartment clean and as seen in the pictures, the apartment's location was perfect for exploring the city. Sam is very thoughtful and left us food for breakfast and late-night-snacks. The kitchen, laundry, and fast-wifi were also extremely helpful. In short, Sam's apartment made us feel like we were at home. As a host, Sam was punctual, polite, and helpful. He even left us fresh madeleines (yum) and baguette from the amazing Aix Sunday market. I can't say enough about this AirBnB experience and the wonderful city of Aix. Thank you Samuel for making our stay wonderful!

Beautiful apartment and a helpful host. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bedroom is quiet and comfortable. Loved the building and the location, and really appreciated that the host provided breakfast foods for our stay. Only quibbles are that the code for the front door wouldn't work for us (not sure why, but wasn't an issue once we got the key for Samuel) and larger people might have a bit of trouble making it through the door to the room with the toilet. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!

My stay in Aix was made fabulous not just from the location but,the whole experience in Samuel's apartment. I was sick while I was there and he helped me find somewhere I could see a doctor who spoke english. If I ever had any issues sam was very quick at responding with help. The apartment itself was fantastic - clean, spacious well equipedand had character. I would definately stay there again on my own or with1 or 2 others.

This apartment is absolutely amazing! Spacious and comfortable, with an inviting feel. Almost luxurious in size, and its modern and appealing décor was a delightful change from other accomodation. Wonderful location, on the main boulevard, and close to everything. Samuel was an incredibly friendly host, who explained everything clearly and was easily contacted.

my friends and I stayed at samuel's apartment é weeks ago, the apartment is located in the right centre of aix en provence, the apartment is spotless clean and absolutely charming! samuel is really friendly and helpful, gave us lots of advices on what and where to eat and visit around aix. Samuel est un hôte très attentionné qui a le sens du détail quand il vous reçoit. De plus, c'est un Aixois "historique" qui saura vous conseiller les meilleures adresses de restos, shopping et sorties (et pas seulement celles des guides). Enfin, c'est un garçon qui a du goût (cf. design vintage et chic de la déco de son appart). Bre, l'appart cool et chic pour loger à Aix.
