Chan's House: 4 Bedrooms (B1 - B4)

Chan's house is truly a dream for any visitor to Vegas. Even though he was overseas throughout the duration of our stay, there was no problems at all with the accommodation arrangements. When people say "make yourselves at home" - that is exactly what you will experience staying here. Chan allows guests to use the things in his house, from the washer and dryer, laptop, DVD collection and the food in the fridge, further enhancing the experience. He even knocked off a portion of our fee for us to buy groceries - a pleasant gesture of goodwill. Pity we didn't manage to meet Chan in person. His house is a must stay if you are looking for great accommodation at a great price in Vegas.

Chan was an excellent host, really well organised, easy to communicate with and giving great information about the local area. The house is big, clean and has everything you could wish for when staying with airbnb. Highly recommended!

Chan is a great host who had lots of information to offer for things to do locally on and off the strip. The accommodations are very clean and organized. A much nicer place to stay than amongst the crowds on the strip.

Chan was a very personable, considerate and helpful host. He treated me as though I was a personal guest and a friend. The accommodations were very reasonable, clean, and spacious. The blinds do an excellent job of blocking the sunlight.

I've been to Las Vegas three times before this, always staying in a hotel on or near the strip, This was far better. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. You get a sense of Las Vegas as a real city rather than a collection of hotels and casinos. The Chinatown neighborhood has lots of good places to eat. I had planned to get around by bike, but ended up renting a car - duh, it's Las Vegas. The house is clean and has lots of amenities. The price is reasonable. Chan has mastered the art of being an AirB&B host, which I know from personal experience is not easy. He has instructions all over the place - nothing left to chance. Although he was in Thailand when I was there, he kept in touch by texting and was able to resolve some minor issues....so minor that they weren't even issues from my point of view, but they were from his. Two thumbs up for Chan.

On reflection - it is difficult to believe that we were so fortunate to find accommodation like Chan's in Las Vegas. The house is located in a very quiet residential area of Las Vegas. It was so quiet - you could very easily oversleep in the morning. Facilities available to guests are too numerous to list, Kitchen, Internet, lounge and TV area, bathroom facilities - we had as much freedom in Chan's home as we do in our own and though Chan was not there when we arrived - everything promised (and more) was available to us. We hope to return to Las Vegas in the future and if we are unable to stay at Chan's - we will probably delay our visit until we can stay at Chan's. I can not over-emphasise the joy and pleasure of staying there - it was truly an experience of genuine comfort and homeliness. I would strongly recommend Chan's house to anyyone seeking first class accommodation in Las Vegas - Many thanks. Richard.

Chan was an awesome host. What I really liked were the amenities available (plenty of food in the pantry and the fridge, internet access, TV and XBox, etc). I really felt like home at Chan's place. Chan was also nice enough to drive me to the supermarket and take me out for some dinner on the same day that I arrived. For those who plan on staying here, I would highly recommend renting a car (I got mine for $15/day). Of course, it makes it more convenient to get to the strip (which is a very easy drive by the way). But also, if you like Asian food, Chan's place is very close to all the Vietnamese/Korean/Chinese restaurants. Taking my friends to Korean BBQ buffet, eating a bowl of pho for $7, or just having some roast red pork late at night was more satisfying than eating Vegas buffets. Thanks, Chan, for a great visit. I'll be back!

Chan was a great host - ready to suggest options and help make for an interesting weekend in town. He was better prepared with recommendations and directions than any hotel, better because it was a list of places people in town go. Anyone can find the clubs on the Strip on their own. But he also knows where to find the deals if you want a half-price show or simply want to catch the free ones.

This was a terrific stay. Its a well kept comfortable inviting large home. Chan welcomes you and provides bonus information about Vegas. He is very considerate. Thanks Chan! I had an amazing time.

Great value and location - just a 10-minute drive from the Strip. Chan is very well-organized and his home is set up perfectly for AirBnB guests. Highly recommended.

We only stayed two nights on our way from Phoenix to Death Valley and found Chan's house a great place to be. Quiet neighborhood but close to the Las Vegas Boulevard. Thanks to Chans preperation we had all necessary information we needed and enjoyed his hospitality during that short stay.

Chan is a discrete host but so efficient. You can trust his many tags to guide you in the house. He also saved our lives with washer and dryer. And if you are lucky, you may be upgraded (as us) in a nice bedroom with it's own bathroom.

My stay at Chan's place was terrific! His home is clean, neat, and well organized for visitors. What I especially appreciated was the quietness. For noise I go to the strip; for peace and quiet this is certainly the spot for me. I stayed five days and will return to Chan's on my next Las Vegas visit. His home is in a residential area with some good and inexpensive restaurants nearby. If you know Trader Joe's retail food store, there is one about a mile away. Chan is a fine person and opens his home to airbnb travellers. You can't go wrong here!

Chan's house is clean, tidy, organized and fully equipped. He's a such great guy. He even has his own tour guide which really helped us since that was our first visit to Las Vegas. He put a lot of effort to make a stay at his place even better. Everything is as described and the same as on pictures. If I ever come back to Vegas I'm returning to his place. Highly recommend! Chan is an awesome host!!! i must admit that i was a bit iffy about booking my stay thru airbnb since I'm new to all this but let me tell ya, he made us feel right at home. He was kind enough to lend me his personal computer and printer to print out my concert tickets. :) If you're the type that needs the room to be pitch black n completely quiet to fall sleep, then don't stay in room #3. Its right next to the living room and you can hear everything thats going on. our stay in room #1 made up for everything though...its nice and big, far from the living room lol and has its own restroom. I will definitely go back!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Chan’s house. Chan is an awesome guy and a great host. He gave me great advice on where to go and what to see in Vegas. He even went with me to check out a few of the places around town. I would recommend this place to future guests without any hesitation.

Chan's house was great for a weekend with friends in Vegas. A short drive from lots of good restaurants (and he even provides recommendations and menus!), and not too far from the Strip. Chan keeps his place very clean, with lots of little amenities, and everything is very thoughtfully labeled and laid out. The house is a little on the noisy side so if you are a cranky light sleeper, don't stay here. Stay here like we did, with good friends whose voices you love! Thanks Chan!

Chan's house was a perfect place for a few of my friends and I to stay while visiting Vegas. His place was clean, had all the usual household amenities, and then some. I could not ask for anything more, particularly from a place so close to the strip!

My boyfriend and I traveled to Vegas for a concert and didn't want to drive there and back on the same day so we ended up staying at Chan's. Upon arrival, the place felt very homey and my boyfriend instantly fell in love with the ambiance. His place accommodated us beyond our needs. Chan is such an awesome host and has some great tips and advice on ways around the town - from which shows to watch, free shows, food, how to save money, and ways around town. I would definitely recommend him to other members who are planning on staying in Vegas.

My brother is a good guy who's very hospitable to those around him. He puts a lot of effort into making his place accommodating towards all types of travelers, and his rates are a plus! His hospitality translates to numerous people...whenever we have family/friends in our hometown, he does his best to make their experience a fun and relaxing time (ie suggesting places to go, driving them around). Airbnb members who choose Chan's place will find him to be a super great host.

Chan's house is ideal for the traveler who wants to experience Vegas but not pay a fortune in hotel bills. His house is clean, organized, and perfect for hanging out in between journeys to the strip. Chan takes the time to help his guests with directions, recommendations, and reservations if they are new to the area and need assistance. Chan is a good dude. He himself is an experienced world traveler, so he knows what good service should be. He's easy going and is the type of guy who would go out of his way to make sure that his friends and guests are taken care of. His house is immaculately clean and very user friendly. He's good about sharing his things and is always willing to advise you on activities in and around Las Vegas. As a local myself, I recommend his place as a good alternative to staying on the Las Vegas Strip. As a long-time friend, I recommend Chan as a good host, and don't be surprised if you end up being friends with him at the end of your stay.

Chan is a prolific traveler and knows how great it is to have a clean, welcoming, and convenient room after a day of touring or traveling. I've known Chan for over 15 years, and he has always been a dependable and honest person. You can't go wrong by staying at his house.

Just spend the night at Chan's House and I highly recommend it. Home was very clean, organized, in a safe location, and with all the practicable necessities needed for a stay in Vegas. As a host, I must say that Chan does his very best to accommodate his guests; at a price that is very reasonable. He is very flexible in any assistance needed and was even willing to help out a guest with his occasional transportation needs in the local area. Chan's House is a definite Vegas stop.
