The apartment is located in a 4-story walk-up, Legal, 2-family Brooklyn brownstone. Fully furnished with loads of amenities. PLEASE REVIEW THE PICTURES CAREFULLY.
Southern exposure, windowed air conditioner and ceiling fan in each room. A King size bed in the large bedroom, plus a twin size fold-out cot. Clean linens & towels are provided, as well as free satellite cable and wireless high-speed cable internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washer & dryer! The bathroom has a pressure-assist toilet, marble sink and skylight. The apartment has a 27-in HD TV and DVD player.
If you need to print something, you can send it in an email to me and I will print it out for you. Just don't wait until the last minute to request this, as I am not always home.

There is parking available on the street and it's FREE. Please click on the Street View link to see the parking layout.
Check In: It is your responsibility to let me know when you expect to arrive at the apartment. Once I have that information I will arrange to be here, or designate someone to be here, to let you in and give you the keys.
Check Out: Leave the key in the apartment and make sure the iron gate is closed behind you. It will lock automatically when you close it.
Interaction with guests
I am as available as you need me to be. I live in the building and respond timely to email and text message.
Other things to note
Please read the description and review the photos carefully to understand the layout of the apartment and the sleeping arrangements before you book. And please ask questions to make sure you are clear on the apartment's layout and the neighborhood before you book.
•CHECK-IN IS AT 3:00 PM | CHECK-OUT IS AT 12:00 PM
Be mindful of the NOISE, there are others living in the building, staying right below you! If I receive noise complaints from other guests and/or neighbors I will contact Airbnb to assist you with finding other accommodations and will call the authorities to have you removed if needed.
NO SHOES ON THE CARPETS PLEASE, and please clean up after yourself. And, please, please recycle appropriately! That's all! Oh, and don't leave food out!
New Policy: Early check-in and late check-out requests will be granted if available. There is a $5 per hour charge if you need to leave your luggage and a $10 per hour charge is you need to stay in the apartment before or after posted check-in/check-out times. And I need to approve these requests at the time of booking.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund plus service fees back.

I am a self employed licensed real estate broker, web designer/programmer, and furniture restorer. I own and live in a restored century old brownstone in a vibrant neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY, where I rent 2 of the bedrooms. I live in the home and will be present during your stay, as such, my rentals are legal under the current New York law.
