Renée is a great host - she offers a wealth of knowledge about the area. Ranging from food recommendations, tips about the neighborhood, to prompt response times, she exemplifies the abilities of an amazing host. I would recommend her place to anyone. If you're looking to explore Brooklyn, this is a great place to start.

Wow! We spent a bit more than a week at Renée's place and it was nothing less than perfect. The location is with good connection to Manhattan and other areas in Brooklyn and still on quite a quiet street. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, with a comfy high bed and well equipped kitchen (we loved cooking at home and it was made really easy). A great large food store and many little ones nearby to please all cravings. Some nice coffee shops as well (Little Roy on Greene Avenue for an example). Good streets for a morning run and also Prospect Park is not far away if you prefer to be active at a park. Renée herself is very nice, friendly and always smiling. We really enjoyed our NYC trip and half of it thanks to the great apartment. So we clearly recommend choosing her place for everybody.

Great place, large and comfortable. It is like staying in a real home, did not feel like a typical rental. Great neighbourhood, and easy to get everywhere. I lived in NYC for 20 years before relocating and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Renée's place is lovely. It's on a tree-lined street and just around the corner from several restaurants and a couple of blocks from a big grocery store. She is a great host and makes check-in and check-out go smoothly. My in-laws stayed in the apartment, and I really appreciate how communication with Renée was very easy. My in-laws also said the bed was super comfortable, and they appreciated being able to cook and wash clothes. We definitely recommend the apartment!

This place is large, comfortable and charming. I would stay here again. It's a great value, close to the A/C trains, and quiet. Renee is communicative and prompt. No hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a place outside the typical NYC experience. Thanks Renee!
