Our condo is on a quiet street just a block away from the happening Belmont/Halsted area. We'd love to host people and share more about the city with you or leave you to do your own thing.

• Quiet street, but close (within 2 blocks) to lots of shops, bars and restaurants
• 3.5 blocks to Lake
• 2.5 blocks to Red, Purple, and Brown line “L” at Belmont
• 6 blocks to Wrigley Field
• Numerous bus stops within a few blocks (8 Halsted, 22 Clark, 36 Broadway, 77 Belmont, 143, 145 and 146 Michigan express, 151 Sheridan, 156 LaSalle, etc.)
• Takes less than half an hour to the magnificent mile and the loop (CBD)

Complimentary tea and coffee provided for guests. All linens are also included. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and common areas as seen in the pictures, just ask that you clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
