Villeray is a typical residential district where life is easy and quiet. With its assortment of parks, schools and good restaurants, Villeray is nice place to live. Within a 5 minutes walking distance, you can reach Market Jean-Talon (great public market), a convenient store and a grocery.

If you want to enjoy colourful happy-hour or a night life, you will find a cosy and likable bars as the Miss Villeray, at walking distance of my apartment.

For your transportation, a Bixi bike location is on the street corner, 2 bus lines
( Line 31 St-Denis and line 53 St-Laurent) pass nearby and 3 metro stations await you: Jarry, Jean-Talon and Castelneau).

Vicky offered to pick me up at the airport, which was very convenient. I stayed in her 2nd bedroom and enjoyed her full apartment as she wasn't much there that week. It's a charming place where Vicky energetic & delightful personality shows: plants, deco, colors & a nice balcony where to seat with a beer & chill out at the end of the day! The small brick houses neighborhood is quiet, safe, easy to browse with small stores & restaurants around. Vicky guided me around to find the Bixee rental area (I rode the bike to/from Downtown - not close, but doable) and the Jean Talon market. I really appreciated my stay all around!

What a wonderful apartment, filled with plants and good energy. Quiet as well. And a wonderful location, close to Jean Talon market and the Metro. We look forward to another visit!

We enjoyed Vicky's space very much- we stayed there on the first leg of our honeymoon. it was tidy, loaded with the essentials (even dvd's to watch) and she offered any items in her fridge for our consumption. she was flexible with our arrival and departure times and seemed very accessible- we communicated with her via email when necessary while staying there. it's close enough to the subways and has plenty of little bars, markets and a park close by. it would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the space. she left a map of the area with a guide to bars, markets etc.- very helpful! we would stay here again.

Nice neighbourhood, very quiet and cozy, the apartment is big, clean and handsomely quirky. The host is appalling, though: we had difficulties in locking the door and tried to call her many times, but only reached the voice mail. We also sent her a message, but to no avail. In the apartment, no indications, maps, suggestions or books about the town: just a very rude note saying "leave the house clean and don't touch anything in the fridge", as we were barbarians arrived in Montreal to soil the apartment and steal produce. We were so correct to advise the host about a stain we procured in the bed sheets (not very clean to start with) and offered to solve the problem: magically, she showed up at the apartment, to check which kind of disaster we made. It's a pity, because Montreal is an astounding city, and the neighbourhood is really good, such as the apartment. The host, unfortunately, is clearly not doing this with any passion or dedication. Not reccomended at all.

My sister and I loved our stay Vicky's flat. We stayed here during the summer and it was awesome! We enjoyed having breakfasts on the balcony and sleeping with two ventilators when it was hot;) Subway station is about 20' by walk and you can park your car easily in the street. We were very lucky to meet Vicky our last day in Montreal and...what a lovely host! We were very sad to leave the city all the more after having met this wonderful girl! Thank you Vicky! She left us lot of informations on the table and sent you email to know if everything was ok. You're welcome in France and be sure you'll be the first to have news when we'll go back in Montreal! We, of course, highly recommend Vicky's wonderful flat!

My mother & I loved staying at Vicky's place. It is in a terrific location and is very pleasant, comfortable & clean. We would definitely stay here again. Parking is easy in this neighborhood.
