Come and see the famous "Last Thursday Alberta Art Walk", or simply wander around the neighborhood and absorb its quirky, fun, and quaint vibe.
The nitty-gritty: Well-lit, clean, simple room on a quiet backstreet in Alberta Arts District. Private bathroom. You are welcome to use the living room, laundry, deck in the backyard, and the kitchen, but please tidy up after yourself. $30 key deposit.
Location: Two blocks from hip, happening Alberta St with plenty of options for eating(some of the best food trucks in town), drinking, shopping, and music. Two to five blocks to 3 bus lines. Borrow one of our bikes or rent one down the street and pedal around town in true Portland fashion. 15 minute drive, or 30-40 minutes by public transit from the airport. Easy street parking.
About us: Early 30-something couple, transplants from China/New York/Chicago. We love traveling and meeting new people, and when we are not going anywhere, we like to travel vicariously through others. As new proud Portlanders, we like to show off our new city and share (most of:) our favorite places that are off the tourist radar.
