Chez Z in Rosslyn (great location)

If you are looking for a place to stay, where you can be close to everything you want to see, and still feel safe & welcome, this is it! I enjoy having guests to share my apartment with, and will be happy to serve as a resource for where you want to go and how to get there.

DESCRIPTION:

I have a large one-bedroom apartment which you will be sharing with me and my cat, Bagheera. You will enjoy full use of my spacious living room (and a room divider to put around the bed if you want it). Please check out the pictures to see how the place is set up normally as well as when I have guests. In the living room (your space) you will find a queen-size futon perfect for one or two people as well as a sofa bed for one person.

I have one very sweet and friendly, black indoor cat named Bagheera who's the main attraction of the household.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION:

The apartment is conveniently located in downtown Rosslyn, Arlington (which is on the other side of the Potomac, across the Key Bridge from DC). You will be within walking distance to Georgetown, Arlington Cemetery and the Iwo Jima memorial. Easy metro access (via blue/orange lines) to all major DC attractions (20min to White House, 30min to National Mall, the monuments and the Capitol, 30min to Dupont/Adams Morgan total travel time).

- Full use of kitchen (and help yourself to anything in the fridge)

- Internet TV with many channels + Netflix + other streaming features
- Sound system with an extensive music collection
- Free parking slot included (if you need it)
- Separate key for complete independence
- Anything else that will make you feel cosy and warm? Just ask!

Typically, I host people for 3 days to a week. If you need to stay longer than that, please contact me and we can discuss.

ABOUT ME
