COMFORTABLE Retreat With Breakfast!

Cordial, courteous, and helpful are just a few words to describe Jason. My stay was amazing. I've stayed at a few difference places in NYC through Airbnb and this was the best experience to date. The aparatment is gorgeous and spacioius. It's less than a block from the bus that takes you down 5th Ave and only a few block from the subway. I was able to get from his place into Midtown and the UES within 20 minutes using the bus vs. approx.45 minutes with two connections using the subway. You won't find a better apartment or frankly a better hotel around. It sits in the back of the building so the street noise is significantly less and it sits above a quaint private garden which ties the entire ambiance together nicely. It would be impossible to be unhappy staying with Jason.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying with Jason. He was able to accomodate us at the last minute, and even provided an iron to help me to get ready for an important meeting. His apartment is spotless, beautiful and very conveniently located. I will definitely stay with Jason again the next time I'm in New York.

Jason was great! His place was clean and 1 block from the express 2, 3 subway. He was also super flexible and easy to coordinate with. We really appreciated the healthy breakfast each morning. Thanks for being a great host!

Look no further for a place to stay in NYC. As nice as the pictures are, it still doesn't do the apartment justice. It is a fantastic property, in a fantastic location. There is a large comfy bedroom, big bathroom and all in all is very stylish. It is like a great boutique hotel at a fraction of the cost. The area has a nice community feel and you are only moments away from the express train which will have you in the thick of the action in very little time at all. Even if you are not on a budget this should be the place you choose, it is very clean, peaceful. A lot better than a hotel slap bang in the middle where all you have is noise and people trying to sell you things as soon as you step out the door. We had a great time in New York and that was only made better by the apartment and Jason. He is a brilliant host and be sure to ask him if you are looking for some great food and hangout spots. I can't recommend this place enough. Jason, if I visit New York again, I will not hesitate book with you. Thank you for having us, Laurence and Melanie

Jason is an exceptional host. He replies quickly and is so helpful, he even posted more pictures for me to see! We were in contact from before the airport and he offered suggestions on different ways to arrive. He'd be a gem if you're not familiar with NY. He is right above central park but my grandma and I had no trouble doing the quick walk to the train. Last but not least, his place is beautifully furnished and the bed was SO comfortable which is a relief after walking NY all day.

Jason is friendly and accommodating. His apartment is beautiful and clean, the room is large, and he even gets breakfast items for his guests. Dude rules.

If there was one word to rate Jason, then its "Excellent". A superb host and you will feel as his own special guest. I had to arrive 2 hours late from my check-in appointment, and despite that he had something to do, he waited for me till I arrived. Jason communicates very promptly and when it comes to NYC, he is a very useful and helpful source to get around. The room was very clean, quite, private and comfortable. Street parking was so easy and free. The building is also nice, safe and clean but no fancy entrances or lobbies (one of those typical NYC apartment buildings). The location gives you easy access to the subway stations too. Would I come back again or recommend this place to somebody (who is not looking to pay a fortune at Manhattan's Hotels)? Of course, I would come back and would recommend Jason. Wish you enjoy NYC

Jason was truly the best host! I wasn't sure when I would arrive since I was driving up from Orlando, FL. He checked on me throughout my trip and even allowed me to book an extra night since I made excellent time. The apartment was the most stylish and spacious place. The pictures do not give it justice. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. Beautiful room, plenty of specialty coffee and delicious breakfast to start the day. Highly recommend booking Jason's place. He's amazing! His place is located near public transportation for easy ways to get around the city. This is a steal of a deal for the city!

We spent 6 nights at Jason's, and would choose his place again if we went back to NYC :) Great location, less than 5 minutes by walk to the express subway. The apartment is so nice, and the room very clean and comfortable. And last, but not least, we were so happy to meet Jason, who is the best host you we could hope to meet during our holiday! So helpful and friendly, he even found us tickets for an awesome musical at a very good price! We had a great great time in NYC, and Jason was definitely part of it! Thank you Jason!
