This beautiful studio has its own private fenced in back yard with deck. Features brand new Stainless Steel kitchen Appliances, a European style front loading washing machine, full bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV with DVD, tons of storage space, bed, recliner, leather couch, coffee table and dining bar. Two parking spaces, Outdoor BBQ area, your own front porch & Car wash area.

Just minutes from Downtown, a stay in South Middle River will give you close access to all that the area has to offer, without the expense of the ritzy downtown neighborhoods.

Property is in close proximity to: Downtown fort Lauderdale, The Beach, The Galleria Mall, Las Olas Blvd., The Riverfront and the Museum district. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is about a 12 minute drive.

Within walking distance is Hot Dog Heaven (south Florida;s best rendition of the Chicago natives); a great little Peruvian walk-up restaurant; Frida & Sharo Cuban Restaurant; Subway; McDonalds; Checkers & More. Warfield Park; The Fresh Market; Office Depot; Home Depot; Walgreens and several other convenient retailers are also close by.

We want you to feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. Anything we can do to make your visit more enjoyable, just let us know and we will do our best to accomadate you. In order to maintain our quality levels and to sustain a safe environment, we request that you abide by the following rules...

1) The Eco Friendly Request... Please be green! As this is an Eco-friendly apartment, we ask that you do not tamper with any of the utility saving measures. (dual flush toilet system, low energy lighting.) When not in a room, please conserve power by turning off the lights / TV etc. Both apartments on the property are provided hot water 100% by the sun. It is very hot and lasts a long time, but during extended periods of cloudy days (2 or 3+) it may be necessary to conserve hot water to avoid running out. (This has never happened in 2 years since having the system installed - but it has gotten "warm" on a couple of occassions.) Recycling is provided for cardboard, glass, metals, paper and plastic containers. If you can put all recyclables in the seperate container provided it would be much appreciated.

2) Services included... Prior to your stay we will have the apartment clean, fresh linens and everything in its place. At the end of your stay (or once a week during extended visits) we will take care of cleaning the whole apartment (except dishes) and provide fresh linens. We do not wash the dishes so ask that you make sure these are clean prior to your departure to avoid an additional cleaning fee of $30

3) Breakfast - not included in this property, sorry. However, we keep a supply of coffee in the apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking an enjoyable experience.

3) Security... As with any inner city neighborhood, be smart about your security. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. When away from the studio, please close the blinds and make sure you always lock the door and windows as you leave. Do not invite strangers into the apartment (including kids). The exterior of the property is well lit at night and the area is well patrolled by the Police department.

4) Parking... There is plenty of parking. At any time of day you can use up to two of the parking spaces at the East end of the property. There is a gravel parking area immediately infront of the studio door which can be used for pick-up / drop off but not for parking (The gravel makes noise as you park so we try to avoid disturbing the neighbors by using it too much)

5) Smoking.. STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the apartment. You are welcome to enjoy your smokes outside though - please keep the door closed to avoid fumes entering the house. Any suggestions to make smoking more enjoyable, please let us know.

6) Cleaning facilities... A European style front loading cold water washing machine is inside the apartment. To conserve power - a folding drying rack is provided instead of an electric dryer. Iron and board are also at your disposal.There is a laundromat at the end of the cul-de-sac if you really need a dryer. Car cleaning facilities are provided (hose, bucket etc. and vacuum upon request) - if you need to wash your car, please park it on the grass so that it can get watered at the same time.

7) Pets... Pets are not allowed on the property. We may make exceptions at our own discretion - this would be done on a case by case basis.

8) Children... bring them along! The kids are welcome.

9) Disabilities... the studio has not been equipped with any special disability measures. However, if we are able to accomodate you in that matter, it would be our pleasure.

10) The law... While we want you to relax, let your hair down and enjoy your visit - we also expect you to abide by the law. Any illegal activity such as drugs, illicit adult activity, illegal commercial dealings etc. is srtictly prohibited and will result in appropriate action.

11) Damages... Guests are responsible for any damages to property during their stay.

12) Most importantly of all... Please enjoy your stay and let us know how we did. We want everyone visiting our 50's Eco Friendly Executive Studio to have a good experience. We welcome your comments and suggestions on how to make it better.

Robert is one of the best hosts I have had. I housed a few employees here during the Miami boat show, and it was an extremely hectic time period for us with lots of work on a deadline. Robert would work with all of our timing, and even coming in to make some improvements while we were gone (he would always a(website hidden)rmission!). The place has recently been redone, and was perfect for us. Not to mention the best value I could find. I will definitely be staying with Robert again. Agreeable, easy to get along with, and a great place.

Great apartment at a very fair price. This private apartment is not a stuffy, generic polyester hotel bustling with other guests and commercial noise. The neighborhood is quiet and authentic, and was conveniently close to my destinations. Private parking made driving even easier. Lush outdoor foliage and cool, contemporary furnishings were all enjoyable. The easy-going owner is organized and accommodating, and the space is large enough to fit a few people comfortably.

Roberts place is great! He was very accommodating and supplied us with everything we needed, such as an extra blow-up mattress for our daughter. He even had eggs waiting in the fridge! The place is located just a short drive to the beach. He made us feel at home and anything we needed, he supplied! It is a very nice property with plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this as a great option vs the pricey hotels!

Robert was fabulous. The place was perfect for us. Nice and clean and great location to everything. He was very nice and accommodating. This was my first time using Airbnb and I was nervous, so it was great to deal with someone who was so nice.

As a small business owner and frequent traveler - I have an appreciation for the need for creature comforts away from home. This studio reflects that. I want you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay! My business is based out of my home office just next door - so I am usually around if you need something. I am very involved with the community. South Middle River is well known as being the city's most actively involved community. The area is undergoing rejuvenation. So expect a little bit of grit and character in the neighborhood while we are all working on turning it into the next great neighborhood - in exchange you will have an ultra cool place to stay with all the amenities you need with ridiculously convenient proximity to all that the Fort Lauderdale area has to offer, without the expense of the ritzy areas. I will be a quiet neighbor to you - I'm always working - wether it is for business or maintaining / improving the property. Your privacy will be respected and the grill is all yours... if you want to enjoy a BBQ together thats cool too! My hobbies include Sailing, Biking, Running, Home Improvement, Skiing (Althought to be honest - the skiing down here really sucks!), spending time at restaurants by the water enjoying the company of friends. Bit of a documentary buff and news junkie! Really enjoy learning about people form other places, the world is an interesting place to me. I am an avid environmentalist - although more of a Green Entrepeneur than a tree hugger. Trying to stop the abuse of the earth is a big issue in my life. Thats me - just come on over and enjoy your stay!
