Gorgeous Loft In the Heart of Ibiza

Having stayed at numerous locations in Ibiza in the past, this is by far the best accommodation we have ever had! Right in the old centre of Ibiza Town, the flat has it all: Location, ambience, comfort, cleanliness - a great way to experience Ibiza! The view from the roof terrace in both directions is unforgettable. Unless you want to park your car right outside or you want to be right by the beach, we would recommend Raquel's beautiful place to anyone. It's a wholesome alternative to all those hotels and 'Cans' on the island. Raquel herself is great and full of invaluable advice. Her flexibility has made arriving and leaving so much easier than your standard 'In after 2pm', 'Out by 12pm' hotel policies. In short, we can't wait for our next stay!

Raquels oasis right in the middle of crazy ibiza old town. In between birds of paradise from Calle de la Virgen and the touristic madness of Calle de Enmedio, the perfect retreat. Also perfect if you are travelling by Ferry (2 min. walk to port). Lovingly furnished, right down to the last detail. Just wonderful, we felt like home! Wow... What an amazing apartment! My girlfriend and I hired Raquel's place for 5 nights in August and I was completely overwhelmed. We had arrived very late and Raquel made the effort to come and meet us and was extremely kind and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and everything was working perfectly. It was a really great alternative to getting a hotel. I sheer size of the place was what really made it for us. I would recommend it to anybody who wants to be immersed in the rustic Spanish charm of Ibiza town and will undoubtedly staying there again in the future. Thanks Raquel, Doran

Beautiful small apartment, tasteful well appointed and with everything you need for you, or to entertain visitors. Also very clean and in a great location for exploring Ibiza Town, Dalt Ville and the rest of the island. Wonderful and romantic for a couple though also fine for us as were two single friends. The sofa bed in the living room is perfectly comfortable for one while the bedroom is great. The roof terrace / sun trap has great plants and good views across the harbour over to Pacha. Does get quite warm though there is some air con but this was August, and after coming in late / early and then sleeping you would mostly be out and about. Not that suitable if you are light sleepers and like to go to bed before midnight as there is street noise in the evenings, but if you go to bed before midnight you probably won't like Ibiza that much anyway :) Raquel is lovely and a great hostess. We had the most wonderful, peaceful vacation in Ibiza...all thanks to this amazing loft. We have been to Ibiza ten times now and each time, we tried different hotels, hostels and even a sailboat. We scored with this perfectly located loft! Raquel made our stay better than we could have imagined; the loft was impecably clean and had all of the amenities that we needed to relax. Outstanding location, great restaurants and perfect views of the water from the rooftop terrace. We will not stay anywhere else but here next time we head to Ibiza. Charming flat in amazing location - a good experience in total. Raquel indicated in her review of us that she preferred to rent to two rather than three, but she readily agreed to three renters when we inquired -I'm not sure where that comment came from. Many of the lights did not work when we checked in (none in kitchen or or over bathroom sink) and Raquel had to come back two days later to get them working. A light bulb was dropped in the bathroom and glass shards were left behind for two people to step on. The place should be in proper working order upon arrival of renters and her comment that she should have been thanked for fixing them seems a bit odd. We were not there when she fixed them and never saw her again. She also commented that the cleaning fee was not left on departure. There was no cleaning fee mentioned in any of the rental materials, nor was it mentioned by Raquel upon check-in. The only mention was a scribbled note on the back of an envelope after she had been in the flat while we were out. Under the circumstances, we did not feel comfortable throwing another 45 euros on the table on the way out the door.

We are a group of girls (6 people) from different countries to celebrate my "hen party" in Ibiza. We found Raquel's place via airbnb, based on the pictures and other people's comments, we decided to approach Raquel, she is very helpful and response fast from the very beginning, therefore we decide to take the offer. The apartment is great, great central location, the design of the apartment is very interesting and comfortable, very chill-out, the apartment is big enough for 6 girls (we did pull out the sofa bed and there was a single small bed at the upper-stair corner. The apartment is clean and tide, very lovely experience. Raquel as the landlord is very helpful, give us a lot of tips about restaurants, things to do, clubs/bars in Ibiza, very useful information. we really love the place and experience, definitely recommend it! What an amazing apartment and what an amazing host! Raquel was more than accommodating, helping us with directions, taxis and a car if needed. Her apartment is beautifully furnished and in a great location! If you are looking for a characterful place to stay in the heart of Ibiza town, this is definitely the place to stay. Raquel has an amazing apartment right in the place you want to be in Eivissa town. a nice size kitchen, plenty of sleepy areas, and a cute balcony overlooking everything. the marina is directly across the street if your taking ferries anywhere, shopping and bars are right downstairs, and you can even walk to Pacha. the apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared to climb a couple stairs. Raquel was the best host i have had from airbnb. very laid back, very accomodating, and knows her island! We also spent a day in another apartment of Raquels and it was awesome! beautiful and perfect for two people, with an amazing upstairs terrace. i will be back next summer and will be staying in raquels apartment

Apartment ? No... an alcove where to spend pleasant moments of vacation. It is really nice and at the same time comfortable. The view is double-face, on one side the sea and the other the ancient fortress of Ibiza. The location is central, the heart of life in Ibiza. The owner, Raquel, is special.

The Marina old port apartment is very well located in Evissa old town. This apartment is perfect for peoples who want to fully enjoy Evissa night life. Indeed it is located right above an area with plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops. Moreover the apartment is very well equipped (dishes, plates, everything you need to cook) and it is quite comfortable and quiet (thanks to the double glassed windows). Last but not least Raquel is very friendly and helpful.

what an apartment!! we all enjoyed our stay, not just because of the central location in theold town, but also because of the CLEANLINESS. thanks raquel a lot for letting our stay in this cozy apartment a non forgettable one..not to mention the friendly neighbours downstairs who have helped us.. 100% recommended.

Such an amazing apartment! Right in the center of all of the restaurants and bars, beautiful view, and extremely safe. Situated right above the very best dining experience we've had in Spain (and we've been traveling here for 3 weeks) Go to the downstairs tapas restaurant, cheap, wonderful food and home to some of the kindest group of waiters we've ever met. Raquel was incredibly helpful and hospitable (she left us a lovely bottle of wine). We couldn't have asked for more.

The flat is in a perfect position just on the port of Eivissa. The pics on the site are real. All was absolutey clean. The bathroom is not large but there is all you need and everythings works well. The kitchen is large and with a good equipement for an holiday. The owner was nice and friendly. It was a nice stay.
