Great recently updated condo in a perfect location. Five minutes from the airport, five minutes from Camelback, ten minutes from DT Tempe, ten minutes from DT Scottsdale, and ten minutes from DT Phoenix.

The condo has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and a master bedroom with a queen bed. The guest room has a couch and a blow up queen sized mattress. There is no television, but there is private high speed wireless.

The community has a pool and a running path just behind the block. Easy access to grocery stores, Target, and Costco. There is an enterprise rent-a-car about 1/2 mile away, so you can avoid the airport rental car fees.

We stayed three nights at Tyler's place. It was clean and comfortable with a very nice central location. Tyler was very clear on directions on how to use everything in his home and was available by phone if we had needed him which we did not. :-) Thx Tyler we had a great stay in Phoenix. :-)
