This is the second time we have stayed at Luca's apartment and it was amazing as the first time. It's in prime location which is great considering the heat that Rome had while we were there. The apartment was very clean and had clean towels and utensils in the kitchen for eating. The bed is also very comfortable. The apartment also has air-conditioning, we had some issue with it not turning on for two hours but we put it down to it struggling in the heat. It worked perfectly the rest of the time we were there. 15 minute walk to the Colosseum, 10 minute walk to the ruins, 40 minute walk to Roma Termini Station. Restaurants close by 10-15 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rome.

Simple, cute, clean place in a good area. Everything was about a 10 minute cab ride, although we couldn't find a taxi pickup close to the place so we had to use Uber but not a big deal. Luca provided local maps and restaurant recommendations, and let us leave our bags early since we flew in before check in time. He communicated very quickly and gave us directions from airport to Airbnb easily. I would definitely suggest this place for a couple, probably too small for 4 people but it was simple and had AC in the summer!

Luca was really easy to communicate with. Flat is in a very good location, close to lots of monuments. Flat is small and beds are a bit firm, but it is very functional

Small space but works for those on a budget as the location is great, barely 20 minutes from Fontana di Trevi.
