Nico&Cinzia's Red Easy Flat!

  Had a wonderful time, Beautiful apartment, very modern, conviently located from Railway Terminal, about 30 minutes with metro....about 1hr from Milan Airport(MXP), 2 block walk from metro. Can accomated up to 4 people, more suited for 2 adults to kids, we were 4 adult woman, so it was ok...2 twin murphy beds and 1 pull out double sofa bed, which was quite confortable. Nico was wonderful, very accomadating, lived closeby..Internet was 5 euro per day, but well worth it..Highly recommened, will stay again

  Staing at Nico&Cinzia's place was very nice! It is very clean,cosy,quiet,comfortable and absolutly new! The kitchen is well equipped. Close to the red line metro station - in 20 min.you are at the heart of the city - Il Duomo ! Nico and Cinzia are very friendly and helpful,they were quick to reply to our questions throughout our stay . They made us feel very welcome at their space. We felt like at home at the Red Easy Flat!   We stayed in the white flat for three nights and had a really great time in Milan. The flat is nice, clean and confortable, and big enough to fit 5 people perfectly. It has a separated kitchen and room and has all the amenities you can need to cook an clean. Just as described. It´s also very close to the metro station, so you can reach the city center in a few minutes. Both the owners and the apartment were very nice, so we totally recommend this flat!

  We stayed in the yellow flat for three nights in early October while we visited Milan. We had a delightful stay. Everything about the flat was as advertised. It is very close to the subway system, so we were happy to park our car and take public transportation. Cinzia met us there and was most helpful. We would stay in their flats again.   I stayed for 3 nights in Nico&Cinzia's Red Flat and I really had a very good time there! The flat isn't in a central area, but is a just 2 blocks from the metro station. So, is possible get to main atractions in 20 minutes by metro. And it is located in a very safe and family building. The flat is very confortable, clear and clean. There are a big bedroom (it could be for 4 people easily), with TV and air conditioning, a very good bathroom, kitchen... Everything was the same that I saw in the pictures or better. Nico & Cinzia was extremely gentle and very concerned to ensure everything was perfect in my stay there. We kept in touch before and during my stay there. They are fully accessible and helpful. I'll recomend Nico&Cinzias flats to my friends. This was my first experience with Air Bnb and I'm pleased with everything.

  A very nice and new apartment with every ammenity. The washing machine was very useful, and we enjoyed the flat screen tv. Most of all, we enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen and having meals on the balcony at sunset. The flat has room to sleep 4 which is nice. Nico and Cinzia were very helpful and available to answer questions about the area and Milan in general. Their hospitality was much appreciated. The location is a nice area north of Milan- the main road Viale Monza is a bit busy but Via Soffredini (where the flat is) is a nice little community. Right near the metro also. I would highly recommend the Red Easy flat to anyone!

  Arrival formalities were professionally handled. Flat is very well located with respect to the metro system, which we found provided all we needed. The flat is in a new building on a quiet street. Our host speak good English which was a great help. The flat is well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, and we would use it again if we return to Milan

  We ( six) had a great experience in staying in your apartment with lots of space, comfort, and relaxation. Nico came RUNNING to welcome us to his apartment. It was much better than hotels that we stay elsewhere in Italy. I wished the location a little nearer to Milano Centraale, though. Everything we needed for cooking are provided. Nico gave us all the information for 1st time in Milano and questions asked were promptly answered. Nico is a great gentleman. We would certainly stay there again if we return to Milano for another visit. We would certainly recommend others to stay in Nico's apartment. Thank you for providing us great accomodation.

  Bonjour, nous sommes restés 3 jours en Janvier chez Nico & Cinzia, l'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme à une dizaine de minutes en métro du centre ville (Piazza del Duomo). Il est propre,confortable et bien equipé.l'acceuil a ete parfait et les propriétaires furent très disponibles. Nous avons étés ravis, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

  My husband and I stayed in Nico and Cinzia's red flat and yellow flat over a month in Milan. Nico and Cinzia were extremely helpful, and always responded quickly to our emails or calls. Both flats are very comfortable, and close to the metropolitana. If you are trying to choose between the red and yellow flats, we preferred the red because of the large terrace and new appliances. Overall, we were very happy with our experience!

  Nico and Cinzia were great great hosts! We were unable to purchase last Supper tickets - however Cinzia and Nico were nice enough to call for us and buy us tickets!!! Their lovely house is a short Tram ride to downtown Milan and it is in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and just like in the pictures. I encourage anyone visiting Milan to stay at Nico and Cinzias!

  Cinzia is a lovely person. She received us very well and helped us with useful information about transport, markets, sightseeng places and kindly booked us a taxi when we needed. The Yellow apt is a little bit distant and in a quite neighborhood, 5 minutes to the Metro Station Vila St Giovanni. Ciao Cinzia!

  Staying at Nico & Cinzia's place was delightful. The flat itself has everything the international traveler might need to be comfortable and cope with life on the road, and is conveniently located near the main metro line to see most great Milan sites. The flat is not immediately downtown, but it's easy to get there from the area. There are small neighborhood shops with groceries so you can cook in the flat and save some $$. (Note: these are NOT open on Sunday, so plan accordingly.) Nico and Cinzia are wonderful, responsive hosts with excellent communication patterns and lots of flexibility. As a woman traveling alone, I felt like I had contacts/friends even before I arrived thanks to their helpfulness and warmth. They provide lots of local information as well so you know what there is in the area to do, where to eat, how to get to the station without lugging your suitcases up and down stairs, etc. Please choose them---you won't regret it!

  nico and cinzia were really beautiful people they were very accomodationg, helpful and so friendly...absolutley recommend this place...the flat was like a home away from home...clean comfortable...no its not city center but it is so easy to get to the city center, its very safe area and convenient...cheap supermarket nearby, a really nice and cheap chinese restaurant walking distance and every wednesday there is a market near the house selling food veg and fruit very cheap...the facilities in house is great working order and bathroom and laundry and kitchen are all very clean...we got a great use of them all. the internet provided was very slow but there is a internet cafe/point walking distance that is very cheap and convenient...it was a really great stay and well worth the money...definately recommend using their services...they went above and beyond with a helpful booklet with directions and info...also they even had water and breakfast for arrival...thanks guys really enjoyed it!

  I travelled with my girlfriend and her parents in which we found the apartment is simple, clean and cosy. I love the apartment for its flexibility. The early arrangements such as groceries, Metro tickets and other services are really useful. The full apartment guide provided is very handy as it shows the location of the apartment and surroundings areas (groceries store, metro station, etc). Besides that, Nico and Cinzia is very friendly and helpful. Both of they helped us with a lot of things especially taxi booking (as we don't speak Italian) to the Central Station in the early morning. I highly recommend travelers to stay at their apartment.
