  My wife and I were looking for a nice place to relax with our 3- and 1-year-olds. Brooke's place was perfect. From playing in the lawn to eating on the deck to walking around the neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

  We loved our stay at this Nashville Gem! Brooke had the place spotless when we arrived with all the essentials included. The home is very tastefully decorated and was perfect for 2 couples. Close enough to downtown to easily drive or grab a quick cab ride. We plan to stay again for our next trip to Nashville! Thanks Brooke!

  What a great place to stay. We were on business and decided to try something different from the usual hotel arrangements. Brooke's home was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very convenient. She was also very flexible with us about coordinating keys, etc. I would definitely stay there again!

  We stayed here two nights for a girls' trip. Loved this house! Brooke's home has a lot of character, is clean and clutter-free, and is decorated very cute. It was in a great, peaceful neighborhood and close to so much. Downtown Nashville, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens,and Nashville Zoo are all within 5 miles. We were also only a few miles away from great shopping and many restaurants. We went for a morning jog in the neighborhood, played late-night games on the comfy sofa, and had dinner and margaritas on the back deck. The beds were comfortable, and two bathrooms were perfect for getting ready. Brooke was so welcoming and encouraged us to make ourselves at home and call or text with any questions. She was also flexible with check-in/check-out times. Would definitely stay here again!

  Excellent stay AGAIN at Brooke's beautiful Nashville home! What a fantastic location and such a safe environment ~~~ Brooke provides a "home away from home" for her guests & you truly feel like you are staying at a luxury residence!

  LOVED MY STAY AT THIS NASHVILLE GEM!! Brooke's home was like staying at a friends home ~ with exceptional taste!!! It was well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable (just like home), and we were so close to all the action yet in such a wonderfully, safe residential area. I would've moved into the neighborhood in a heartbeat. You are just 10 minutes from the hustle of Broadway, yet so close to the hip area of 12 South, and shopping is super close as well. I would highly recommend, and cannot wait to stay again in a few weeks! Kudo's to Brooke on her lovely, chic, and comfortable home!
