Other things to note
1) The City of Petaluma now requires all Airbnb hosts to collect 10% hotel tax to be remitted to the City. We will kindly ask you for the required sum upon arrival as Airbnb currently has no mechanism for collecting the tax on our behalf. (Transient Occupancy Tax Certificate No. 113.) Thank you for your understanding!
2) During the busy summer months we prefer two-night bookings on weekends. If we haven't booked the room by a week or so before your desired date, we're willing to book it for one night.
No smoking or pets, please. PLEASE let us know if there is any change to your arrival time. Otherwise you might not find us at home. Thanks!
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
We love to travel, and the next best thing is having travelers come to us! We are eager to share our wonderful corner of the world with you and learn about yours. Our interests include music, art, books, bicycling, baking, working with hot metal and making things with our hands.
