My parents stayed in Bedroom 76 and they really enjoyed the experience. Me and my sisters stayed at Judah´s studio.Was perfect!!! I recommend both: studio 76 and bedroom 76!!!! Thanks, Judah!!

We stayed in Judah's, for 6 night. It is a no frills apartment, great location 3 blocks from the subway, 3 blocks from central park. The accommadation is a basement room, with a very comfortable bed, with cable TV, and high speed broadband. The ideal crash pad. Judah is very pleasant and accomodating. He even give us a cell phone, for our use when in NY. The location is just of broadway, with lots of grocery stores, shops and restaurant on the corner In summary i would recommend this rental

This is definitely just a place to crash in. You won't want to spend any time in the room, which is just a bed and four walls. It also bothered me to be so far down in the basement. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable and the shower good.

This place was *perfect* for me: a no-frills, super-quiet, super-clean place in a nice neighborhood, within a few blocks of the train, with a nice fast Internet connection . Judah was super-friendly as well. As my first foray into AirBnB, this was great!

This bedroom was perfect for me as a solo traveller in NYC. Amazing bed (seriously, it's great) lots of space and very clean! Judah was friendly and helpful and even provided a cell phone to contact him. Being in a basement was different to adjust to (no natural light) but for the price and space it was a perfect place to stay and I absolutely recommend it! Thanks Judah!

Judah was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at one of his apartments again and specifically this one. Judah was very responsive to questions I had and the whole stay was very pleasant. The place is at an awesome location away from the Times Square and is surrounded by excellent store, bars and sites to see. It is easy to get cabs and Times Square is a 20 minutes away (walking on a nice day). The room fit what I was looking for - basically a clean place to sleep and shower (single person). If you are in NYC to experience the city this is perfect. The room is located in the basement of a house. Judah even provided a cell phone for communication since the cell reception in the basement is not great (at least for Sprint).

We found Judah to be very nice and helpful, the room was in a great location easy to get to Time Square. Very warm and clean, great shower. Not to keen on being in the basement, very steep stairs made me feel closed in. I guess thats NY.We are used to lots of space in Australia. But we loved NY. Thanks Judah

Judah's place was in a very good location. It is nice and clean and the only problem is that needs some shelving and hanging space (as I explained to Judah). He obviously has done a lot of work to make it so presentable. It is a bargain for the money.

Judah's place was PERFECT! It is a lovely apartment with sizable rooms and not overly furnished. The location was the best part. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting NYC for the first time because it is so close the the 2,3 (express subway). Meaning it is only three stops away from Penn Station and two from Times Square! The place has beautiful lighting (which is rare in the city), a huge TV, and seriously one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Judah was a great host, he met us at the apartment right on time, he answered all our questions and was very personable. He knows a lot about the city and I'm sure would be invaluable to newcomers. Overall my husband and I has a great weekend, Thanks Judah!

Perfect. Clean, bright, comfortable, warm. The location is right in the middle of everything via Express subway. Perfect for a family of 4 as a landing pad to explore all of NYC/Brooklyn. I would return to this apartment any time.

I and my friends were staying here for 4 nights and were enjoyed with our stay. Judah was a very nice and helpful person in responding all our questions. Judah was also very flexible with our check-in/out time as we couldn't predict traffic. The apartment is clean and comfy. A very good and convenient location that you can take subway down to Time square directly as well as the bus that take you to east side of central park. I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning to visit NYC!

I was looking for a last minute place to stay in New York during the holidays, and Judah came to the rescue! All of his rooms were booked for my dates, but he offered a fold out couch in his living room which turned out to be quite comfortable and warm. Judah responds quickly and was very accommodating with my needs/requests. Great stay!

I rented the Suite 96 for my parents and my brother spend some days in NY with me. And I have to say that all the positive reviews are accurate. The apartment is great: it's location is perfect, the bed is really big and comfortable and so is the sofa-bed. It is indeed bright and my family felt at home there. They had never rented an apartment before to spend their vacation, but after this experience, they told me they will think about it more often. And Judah is extremely kind and an amazing host! I recommend the Suite 96 for everyone that wants to have a great experience in the Upper West Side!
