I live in a brand new, stylishly decorated, one bedroom deluxe apartment in San Francisco. You would have the lounge area to yourself, on a super comfy new sleeper bed. Since I am a flight attendant and often away, you would most likely have the entire apartment to yourself, but when I'm around I am a great host and will gladly share all of my knowledge with you about this beautiful city. Bay-view is a 20 min ride on the T -line train to downtown San Francisco, and the stop is located literally outside my door. There are also buses that run 24 hours. My apartment has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, X-box 360, a 60 inch HD television set, and WiFi, all of which is yours to enjoy, along with a variety of cereals, coffee or tea for breakfast. The building itself is only two years old, and has twenty four hour security.
Though new to Airbnb, I have hosted over twenty satisfied guests from all over the world as part of the Couchsurfing community, and love having people in my clean and comfortable home, a real haven, after a long exciting day in the city. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

  • Marche is a great host. everything about the place is as advertized.

  • Marche was very helpful and really good about leaving instructions. He was also a thoughtful host. I recommend this to anyone visiting San Francisco. This was my first time using Airbnb and the experience was great!

  • Marche has a lovely, clean apartment. He was gone for my stay, but has helpful, friendly neighbors who let me in and offered help if needed.

  • Very nice flat. The host was very helpful, even from far away. I rented the whole place while he was traveling. The location is not the best, but it is just in front of Muni, and the price contemplates it.

  • Perfect SF Landing Pad! Marche was away the night I stayed, but arranged everything with neighbor, checking in by email to make sure all was OK. The place was great, charming, cozy. Wifi was hassle free. The BART, which I did not use, was right outside the front door. Wish I had more time to spend. Thanks Marche.

  • Thank you so much Marche. I enjoyed the stay at your place so much. I had a great time with you and Shawn and I felt home at your place. I enjoyed watching the shows with you. His appartment is very clean and modern. The muni station is in front of the house and takes just 20 min to downtown. The sleeping couch is very comfortable. Marche is a great host, you can ask him erverything and he gave me good advices. I had an awesome time in San Francisco and I highly recommend his place.

  • Marche was very flexible with my friend and I who got there about three hours later than I said we would and he let us in via his phone and the place was clean and comfortable. Marche was very accessible via phone/text if we needed anything. Plan on taking a cab somewhere if you want to go out. We probably looked at the cool world map for a hour deciding on where to travel next:) have fun!

  • I stayed in the apartment for six nights and had a great time. It was just as advertised and, although it is a sofa bed in the living room, I still had plenty of privacy with Marche spending most of the time in his room when he was there. Marche was a great host, very sociable and happy to give advice about the area but also leaving me to myself when I needed to get on with some work. The area wasn't as nice as some other parts of San Francisco but this is more that compensated for in the excellent price and the tram into the bay area is frequent, cheap and right outside the door. Also, the apartment itself is very secure.

  • This was my first experience booking a room with Airnb and didn't know what to expect. I stayed at Marche's place a little over a week. I originally rented out his living room, but since he was gone, he graciously offered his own room, which was as clean as can be, exactly like in the pictures. Since he wasn't home, he made all the necessary arrangements for me, with no inconveniences. Great host, great place, great price, and great experience. Anyone looking to stay in San Francisco should take a look into Marche's place. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

  • Marche is a fantastic host, he was always reachable and openly welcomed me to his home! I'm still amazed at his level of trust towards me being a new AirBNB member and having never met me in person! I had to cut my trip short and Marche was understanding and supportive, I only wish I could have spent more time and get to know him better, next time it'll have to be ;) His place is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures, super clean and organized. Transportation is literally outside the building. Choosing Marche for your SF visit is a wise decision. Ohh and consider yourself lucky if you get to eat some of his righteous chili ;) !
