Dana and Nate were extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. The studio was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, with beautiful scenery all around. It was also very convenient to downtown Brattleboro. We would definitely stay here again!

The studio was exactly as described. Secluded location just a few miles from "downtown". Restful sleep with the cool fresh air. There is a small kitchenette, that is a perfect touch for a few days. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer. Dana was an exceptional host.

The room was accurate to its description and pictures. It was clean and cozy, with a private bathroom and entrance. Everything needed for a decent length's stay was included in the room (pots, knives, extra blankets, etc) and Dana was happy to provide anything else I needed. My stay lasted two months and I was very comfortable in the space. The location was fantastic. It had the secluded feel of the rural area--complete with gravel roads and surrounding trees--yet the drive downtown was within fifteen minutes. It is a great location for anyone wanting to escape city living but still be near activity. Dana was especially gracious. She was helpful in answering any questions I had about the area. Communication was easy and prompt. She went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with the room. She went above and beyond as a host by helping me push my car out of the mud or dig my it out of the snow, which happened multiple times. She laughed and was friendly in the tasks rather than annoyed, which made me feel welcomed. Dana was certainly an exceptional host.

I work for a Vermont state-wide educational organization. When not earning my keep, I raise chickens and bees, tap trees for maple syrup, occasionally milk cows on an organic dairy and spoil two sweet kitties!
