A good value for the price. It is a walkable distance away from a free shuttle to the Palo Alto Caltrain station. Ying was accommodating and very friendly!

Good place overall. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot of noise (neighbours, etc) during the day, but it quiets down at night. Would stay again.

Ying is a very kind hearted person. Since the first day we stayed he's been so welcomed and caring about our needs. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There's a restaurant, pool, shopping center in a walking distance. But nothing could compare the hospitality at Ying's place. One of the nights when I had a birthday, he bought me a birthday cake and a chocolate. I've never actually met someone new who are so pure hearted and nice as Ying. Definitely gonna recommend his place to everyone!

Incredibly warm and inviting hosts! I've come into Palo Alto frequently for work and I find myself most at home and at easy when I stay with Ying.

Ying and Sherry were great hosts. I received a fresh towel each morning, and a locking room. Couldn't have been happier

Ying is very kind and hospitable. For instance, even if I arrived late, he gave me a ride to the nearest supermarket to let me buy stuff for breakfast. The room is a bit smaller than it appears from the pictures ( there is not a lot of space around the bed). The surroundings are really quite, maybe too quite. The nearest restaurant is half mile away as well as the bus stop. I would definitely recommend this place for someone who wants a safe and quite place to stay in Palo Alto.
