This is the Large Master bedroom of beautifully renovated 3 bedroom apartment In Stuyvesant Town, (around 18th street) and near the river. The area is considered Gramercy/East Village. These apartments are very large for New York and they have been fully renovated with granite counter tops and all new appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a separate living/dining room. The bedroom is 15X12. There's 2 huge closets in the bedroom. The room comes furnished with a queen bed. If you are interested in 6 months or longer it can come unfurnished.
The NEIGHBORHOOD is great. I love it. You'll find its a little oasis from the city. In the middle of all the buildings, there is a huge grass oval with a big fountain and tons of trees and grass where you can bring a blanket and relax. Everywhere you look there are trees and flowers. Just steps from the apartment theres a basketball court with
ping-pong tables, and around the corner there are playgrounds and bocce and paddle tennis courts. And best of all, when you go to sleep at night, you wont hear any honking horns or city noise, just peace and quiet.
ROOMATES: Caylena is a 32 year old friendly, easy going female who attends the French Culinary Institute. Morgan is a 27 year old photographer from France. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. Guests who are responsible, clean and considerate are welcome. Please note that I do not live in the apartment. You will stay with Caylena and Morgan who live in the apartment. I live close by so am available for questions about anything.
Please read the other wonderful reviews to understand my true character. Sadly, I had a difficult experience with my first airbnb guest who stayed in my place only 1 night. I greatly enjoy hosting and meeting new people and try my best to accommodate all my guests. I'm easily accessible and will do everything possible to make my guests comfortable. In response to this review, I do have a few different comforters and blankets to make everyone happy. I have added both pictures to the profile and have additional linens in the closet to accommodate all needs. The apartment is always stocked with soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Unfortunately, the tub did get clogged that morning. I immediately called the plumber to have it fixed and offered a refund of $25.00 because I felt horrible that this happened during a guests stay. My apartment is very clean and I am conscientious about keeping it that way but as with any apartment there is always going to be some dust. I am a mature, responsible, honest adult in my mid 30's and will always do my best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I have a wonderful, large, renovated room conveniently located in NYC.
