One bedroom available for short-term use in beautiful, if prosaic, Loyal Heights, known to most people as "North Ballard", Seattle.
We have an extra room in our fisherman's shack. It's comfy and nifty and not too cluttered. The house is smaller, so we prefer short-term guests, people we get along with.
House is about a mile from lovely, interesting Ballard -an easy bus or bike ride- and a short walk to Sunset Park and majestic views of the Olympics, Puget Sound and sealions! (Sealions are harder to see). A longer walk takes you to Golden Gardens, an actual sand covered beach that's fun year-round, whether the sunny days or (more common) rainy nights.
Dog not necessarily included. Sealions not guaranteed to sing.
PS- My girlfriend wants me to disclose that it's a SMALL room in a SMALL but comfy house! And there are lots of books. You've been forewarned!
