Me and my friend stayed with Chris for 3 nights on our first trip to NYC. The apartment was clean and the room was spacious and nice. We really enjoyed the roof top and the awesome view, especially having breakfast there is something I will never forget! The neighborhood was clean, nice and safe. The Brooklyn museum and Prospect park are 5-10 minutes (walking) away, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Chris was extremely helpful - giving us directions, restaurant recommendations and calling a taxi for us. We definitely recommend staying with Chris!

Chris has a very lovely apartment, everything is perfect. The skydeck is a huge plus with great view! Location is also very good, 2 minutes walk to the subway.

We stayed at the appartment for 3 days and it was awsome, the place is big, clean and close to city. Also the neighbourhood is very safe, there was a grocery store behind the corner and many cool bars and restaurants within walking distance. Chris is a really friendly guy, he helped us around and also helped us buy tickets for the bus to boston, since we didn't have a credit card. So, recomendations from us, if we come to NY again, we'll stay here again for shure :)

My husband and I stayed here for three nights last week. The room is clean and bright and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Chris was a welcoming, helpful, and responsive host. The shelves near the bed included a subway map and other useful info on the area. It was too chilly out to really enjoy the roof deck but I can attest to the awesome views.

awsome view is an understatement. you can see from the statue of liberty all the way to uptown NYC! Spotlessly clean, towels provided and you even get your own fridge! will definitely chose them the next time i come around the area.

The place was clean and nice. It was very comfortable and the roof deck is really cool! Around this place you have a lot of nice cafes and some great shops. And the subway/train ist just 5-10 min walk away.

The room was simple and clean. It had everything that i needed. Chris and his roommates were great. I got to sit on the roof top and drank with them for a little. It was a great experience.

Great place to stay! Grabbed lunched at Purbird on 6th Ave & St Marks...make sure to stop by and order a chicken burger with a side of Mac & Cheese. Chris is super helpful.
