    I have know Kervin for over ten years and I can personally attest to him being a great person. His is an astute businessman, super dad, amazing husband and wonderful friend who likes to give back. His house is gorgeous and well-maintained. I always loved visiting him there as it has good energy and lovely decor. Renting from him will be a easy experience and a great value.
