Upgraded and spacious apartment featuring central air conditioning, remodeled kitchen 2016, ceiling fans, new bath vanity, 42" flat screen LED TV and surround sound, ipod dock, Wireless internet. Remodeled Kitchen October 2016 is fully equipped . The apartment is very comfortable with ocean views. We use "green" cleaning products. King Bed in master, queen air bed queen in closet, couch serves as a single bed in the Living Room, 4 person maximum. Sleeps 3- 4 comfortably. Pest control every 2 months. Panoramic views from the 7th floor penthouse deck. BBQ gas grills are available for your use along with tables and chairs. Great spot to watch sunsets and whale watching during season November thru March. Heated solar pool with Landscaped garden area in a quiet location. Perfect spot for walking to Kamaole I & II Beaches which is about 3 minutes away by foot, restaurants next door at Dolphin Plaza along with shopping opportunities. Tours at Boss Frogs next door along with Rental Equipment and beach wear. Rainbow Plaza a few minutes walk. Health Food Store, Hawaiian Moons nearby. Nightly entertainment is within a few blocks at Maui Coast Pool Side Terrace. Terrific location. Maui Bus stop a short walk within 1 block. Safe and convenient area. Parking is free. Premiere Wailea golf courses within 5 miles.
Apartment is on second floor. Accessible by stairs or elevator. Designated smoking areas. Guests must fill out registration form and leave form for manager in a box provided in the lobby.
