- Large, clean, and spacious with plenty of natural light
- Ground floor apartment (no tiring steps to walk up or elevators to wait for) with a private entrance, separate from the rest of the building
- Newly redone, and immaculately clean private bathroom (non-shared)
- Brand new 65" HDTV with DVD player
- Brand new microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher
- Just in case it wasn't fully clear, this is a NON-SHARED apartment and you get the ENTIRE place to yourself.

Studio 76 was perfect in every way. Located on a quiet street, no stairs, nice and warm and spacious for a NY studio. I will be recommending to my friends for sure. Judah was a great host as well, very responsive and friendly and helpful when my flight wasn't getting in until late. The studio is good for the price.

This is my second stay at Studio 76. Judah is a great host! The apt is always clean w / fresh sheets and towels. The kitchen is stocked w/ plates and utensils necessary for cooking and dining. There are even cleaning agents and paper towels available. The flat screen tv completes the package. The location is awesome. The neighborhood is quief and safe. It definitely offers a good night's sleep. There is an excellent deli and fresh food market at the corner. W/n 3 blocks in either direction is the Metro, both local and express. I will stay there again.

What can I say, Judah and the apartment was amazing!! We throughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay here again as well as our friends and family...... The apartment was in a great location, clean, spacious and extremely accommodating. Enough wonderful things can not be said about our stay in this studio and Judah.... Judah was a very helpful host, he was there when we arrived and also provided us with a mobile phone, what was great ! The studio was clean and the pictures in the site are accurate. The only problem is the entrance, to get to the studio passing the trash cans is not very nice and kind of difficult with bags and luggage.

Judah´s studio is such a nice place to stay. Clean, new brand, huge tv, confortable beds. And also Judah is the perfect host. Always worry about his guests. His studio is well located. About 3 blocks from the subway, 1 block from the supermarket and nice stores. Next time, I´ll stay in Judah´s studio again!!!!! Thank you, Judah!!!

This was our first experience with AirBNB so it was great that Judah was both attentive and responsive to our needs. We didn't arrive at the apartment until 2 in the morning but this was no problem with Judah - he was there to welcome us and help with our luggage! The apartment is in a great location - very close to the subway, 24 hr grocery stores and great restaurants. There is also a very reasonable laundry service across the road in the same block. There were a few issues with the apartment during our stay but Judah was very responsive and addressed our concerns in ways that went beyond our expectations.

Judah's place was PERFECT! It is a lovely apartment with sizable rooms and not overly furnished. The location was the best part. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting NYC for the first time because it is so close the the 2,3 (express subway). Meaning it is only three stops away from Penn Station and two from Times Square! The place has beautiful lighting (which is rare in the city), a huge TV, and seriously one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Judah was a great host, he met us at the apartment right on time, he answered all our questions and was very personable. He knows a lot about the city and I'm sure would be invaluable to newcomers. Overall my husband and I has a great weekend, Thanks Judah!

Perfect. Clean, bright, comfortable, warm. The location is right in the middle of everything via Express subway. Perfect for a family of 4 as a landing pad to explore all of NYC/Brooklyn. I would return to this apartment any time.

I and my friends were staying here for 4 nights and were enjoyed with our stay. Judah was a very nice and helpful person in responding all our questions. Judah was also very flexible with our check-in/out time as we couldn't predict traffic. The apartment is clean and comfy. A very good and convenient location that you can take subway down to Time square directly as well as the bus that take you to east side of central park. I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning to visit NYC!

I was looking for a last minute place to stay in New York during the holidays, and Judah came to the rescue! All of his rooms were booked for my dates, but he offered a fold out couch in his living room which turned out to be quite comfortable and warm. Judah responds quickly and was very accommodating with my needs/requests. Great stay!

I rented the Suite 96 for my parents and my brother spend some days in NY with me. And I have to say that all the positive reviews are accurate. The apartment is great: it's location is perfect, the bed is really big and comfortable and so is the sofa-bed. It is indeed bright and my family felt at home there. They had never rented an apartment before to spend their vacation, but after this experience, they told me they will think about it more often. And Judah is extremely kind and an amazing host! I recommend the Suite 96 for everyone that wants to have a great experience in the Upper West Side!
