BALI * Villa TULUM for rent * 2BR

Villa Tulum is a very nice villa located in a great area of Seminyak. Ku De Ta is within a few minutes of walking, which means the beach is also close by. It was nice having a private pool and the friendly staff kept the villa clean on a daily basis. I would have stayed for at least a month but unfortunately the internet speed at the villa did not suffice for my work needs.

Great villa and staff. Only complaint is I could not stay longer.

Location is great, walking distance to all the great restaurants and beachclubs of Seminyak. Villa itself need a renovation and a more modern look in my opinion. There is no breakfast service from the villa itself or no free wifi, think they should add these services including the price, since this is quite a standard service everywhere in Bali.

The house was great! The view is fantastic and so was our host. Everything is nearby:Many great beaches, lots of cultural sights, National parks and Barcelona. We had a wonderful stay and would most certainly recommend everybody who wants to experience Catalonia to stay at Casa Rustica!

Clean, minimalist yet comfy enough and the best part, it is conveniently located in Seminyak. I would highly recommend to a couple/single to stay here. Private and a real value for money!

Villa Bella was the perfect retreat - so central to both Seminyak Beach, the main shopping and dining in Seminyak. The Villa is nice and comfortable, air conditioning a lifesaver AND you can watch TV while IN the pool - best bonus ever! I definitely recommend Be Villas

I have nothing but great things to say! I opted to move to Villa Isabella, which is beautiful! The location is perfect, the villa is wonderful and the staff are friendly but unobtrusive. I happily recommend any of Barbara's properties and look forward to booking again.

Great place to stay, very well located in the heart of Seminyak (close to Ku de ta as well as main road with restaurants, etc) We rented a scooter from Barbara's team as well, so practical to travel around.

Great place! The apartment has its own swimming pool, and lots of privacy. Far better than the standard I am used to at this price level in Europe. Very friendly host as well!

Exactly what the site advertised the location is great, service good and the house very cosy and confortable for a couple. We had initially booked of 4 nights and ended staying longer.

Terrific villa, loved having our own pool - great staff, good location and the owner was great. Can't wait to stay there again
