A damage deposit of $300. is required. This deposit is returned in full upon inspection of the condo after check out, usually 24-48 hours after departure. Also a standard rental agreement is sent to the renter and must be signed and returned to me by either fax or email before the reservation is confirmed.

From the get-go, it was a delight to connect and arrange our vacation with the owner, Chris. Condo was every bit as it looks in the photo. We were guided with excellent paperwork and pictures every step to arrive. The condo is located in an-easily accessed part of Scottsdale, very convenient as a take-off point for our adventures to Old Town, Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesen West and shopping. The condo was like living in a little art gallery and still very comfortable, well-stocked and well-designed for our family and included extras we did not expect i.e. basics were in the pantry, barbeque on the roomy deck, excellent kitchen and high-quality appliances. We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the convenient mini-mall across the street (loved the incredible Talenti ice cream from Sun Flower Grocery and a massage at Thai Royal Massage!). My husband pointed out our sound sense of security in Chris' condo and the enjoyment of heavy screen doors that allowed us to feel a breeze and safety at the same time. A great place that we totally enjoyed. We hope to be back soon. Sharen

This place is fantastic. Four of us stayed for New Year's Eve and we were very comfortable. Great location, very walkable to downtown Scottsdale and convenient access to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The decor was top notch and made hanging out a lot of fun. Our friends who stayed at the really nice local hotels came over for drinks and were all jealous/impressed. Chris was awesome to work with. Very quick to respond, cordial, and accommodating. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. You can't go wrong with this place.
