I have traveled the world working for a major airline and I have to say that staying with Johannes and Nerissa was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The condo was wonderful, beautiful and very very safe. Johannes and Nerissa go out of their way to make you feel at home, from the airport greeting to making sure you have everything you need. They make you feel like one of the family. I would for sure stay with them again, wishing I could find such fantastic hosts in every city I visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay - hope to visit with you again.

If you are considering a much pricier hotel in Alabang, stop now and book Ohana Place with Johannes and Nerissa! This was our base for other travels further south. It was an easy drive to and from the airport too (NAIA terminal 3) as Zapote Road just outside Ohana Place connects to the Skyway. The flat is very clean, very well-maintained and quite cozy. You can see how tastefully decorated it is from the photos. A shame we didn't have time to jump in the pool or enjoy other amenities. Johannes and Nerissa will welcome you and are within reach if you need anything, while giving you your privacy.

My stay in the condo was wonderfull. The community it is in is very secure and in a very good location. The pool is wonderfull for adults and children.Johannes and Nerissa both went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed and any and all questions I had they answered. This will be the only place I will ever stay on any future stays in Manila.

We like care of us from Nerissa and Johannes, their friendly attitude to us, taking care of our finances and comfortable home, cleanliness and fresh air of Ohana Place.

What a great study in contrast! The Ohana Resort is very tropical and yet Nerissa and Johannes place is very modern. This condo is tastefully appointed with sleek furniture, great artwork and nice music selection. We really appreciated the modern conveniences this lovely home has to offer. We had a peaceful and comfortable place to come home to after a hectic day of shopping and sightseeing. The big pool was also great for taking a dip when the sun is scorchingly hot. We will come back again. Highly recommended. Thank you Nerissa and Johannes for the wonderful stay!

Great place!!! I loved the red bedroom, so much energy, perfect for the Spanish in me. Tito Jos and Tita Neri were really helpful and brought me around too. Will definitely stay again when I go to Manila! Pool and amenities are beautiful, just don't forget the sunscreen! I really recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was excellent and great value in a beautiful complex. We used the gym and the swimming pool, which is beautiful. Johannes (aka Tito Jos) and his wife Nerissa (aka Tita Neri) were sooo nice and accommodating and also showed us around a bit, gave us a few tips which were really helpful. We're definitely going to come back!

Wonderful condo, located in a secure atmosphere. Service was excellent and friendly. Would recommend it to anyone looking for something nice and modern but with a refreshing home like feeling. Both will go out of there way to accomadate anyone on your stay.

Johannes and Nerissa are great couple, trustworthy and reliable host. Has a great unit too that you will feel comfortable & will definitely enjoy your stay in Ohana.

The place is great with an amazing decoration full of energy! The pool is right outside and its a few min away from Madrigal Business Park and Filinvest. Nerissa and Johannes are also one of the friendliest people ever. Don't hesitate to book, I will definitely book next time I go to Manila!
