Renovated apartment in downtown

Nice stay, very well centralized to so many things in Buenos Aires. If you don't feel like walking, there are plenty of buses and subway stops around. The apartment is a nice, cozy place in an old building near Congreso area. Marcos was very helpful and accommodating to our needs, a positive experience overall.

Pontos Positivos: A localização é bastante boa, com todo tipo de serviço a poucos metros de distancia. Proximo do metro. A decoração do apto é bem cuidada. O apartamento dispõe de diversos utensílios de cozinha e banheiro de boa qualidade. Marcos é extremamente atencioso e um ótimo host Pontos Negativos: O quarto e a cama são pequenos. Não possui porta de separação com a sala, limitando a privacidade. Apartamento um pouco barulhento (Ouve-se bastante os ruido externos)

As everybody else mentioned about this place and the host, both of them were good. The neighbourhood was very old and seemed like a safe one to us. We mostly walked in and around it to get anywhere in the city and have not seen anything threatening! Marcos met us at the apartment and gave us keys and instructions. The apartment itself was a cute renovated, very small, but practical and enought for two people apartment. You can find almost anything you need to cook, to make coffee, prepare breakfast, etc. in the kitchen! The internet works pretty well too! We would appreciate it if the apartment was cleaner than that! You get charged $20 for cleaning fees and the apartment is not that clean! The white stains on the bed cover, the uncleaned bathroom and toilet, the stains on the towels, the floor covered with bugs, ... was not appealing at all.

Great place, lots of restaurants, bars, theters and snack bars around. Easy to go to places by transportation (cabs, subway or even on foot). The apartment itself is tiny but very good. Everything listed works just fine. Our host, Marcos, is a great guy, polite and always ready to help us. I definitely recommend this place.

Great little apartment in a great part of Buenos Aires. Waking distance to most tourist sites and just meters away from restaurants and bars. Ideal place foe one person but ok for two if your on a tight budget. Plenty of space to relax. For the price you can't go wrong!

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 4 days and had a great time. This apartment was as good as it appeared in the advert. Marcos was an excellent host, very friendly and hospitable. Before our arrival he corresponded with us by email and advised on transport from the airport which was a major concern for us, as we were arriving at 12.30 am in the morning. We eventually arrived at the apartment at 2 am and Marcos was there to receive us with the key. He provided local tourist maps and advised us on how to use the metro subway trains and the local bus service. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, clean, spacious and well worth the price. Its location is within the city centre and within walking distance to public transport and some tourist attractions in the city itself. The area is fairly safe, but noisy as it is surrounded by restaurants and entertainment places. This is the only drawback of this apartment. Marcos deserves a 5 star!

Excellent location just a few blocks from the National Congress building. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Very comfortable bed and small but very workable kitchen.

A completely delightful stay. Marcos was wonderful, easy going, helpful, and interesting to chat with. The apartment was, if anything, nicer than presented on the web page, and everything worked: WiFi, phone, fair few pots, pans and dishes, fridge, microwave, cable TV, etc. Mostly, Marcos was reliable; also, no nasty hidden charges. Just the agreed fee and a US $200 deposit which he returned without fuss. Can't think of a better holiday flat landlord.

Marcos is amazing. I stayed at the apartment near the downtown area and it was great. Spacious for one person, perfect for two, with modern furniture and art work. All the amenities were there and I even managed to cook a little bit too. The area felt safe and it was very close to the Subte. I really appreciated Marcos generosity and his flexibility especially when I didnt have the correct currency. If I ever come back Ill look into staying at Marcos again.

Everything was just perfect. The apartment was situated in a hip, vibrant area of Buenos Aires and made the perfect pad for my stay. Marcos was beyond helpful making me feel at home not only in the apartment but also in Buenos Aires. Gracias Marcos

I stayed in this apartment 25 days. The apartment is very nicely located in Palermo. It is only one minute walking from the subway Ministro Carranza (line D). This was extremely useful for me since I used the subway every day. The building has a nice swimming pool, gym and sauna which is usually empty or with very few people using it. One last thing regarding the location is that it is within walking distance (5 to 15 minutes) from many bars, restaurants and shops. Overall the experience was very good and I recommend it to anyone looking to live close to the subway and in Palermo.

my family and I stayed at the apartment and were very happy with the experience. It is well located, close to most subway lines and major landmarks. The apartment itself is very comfortable and great for its value, was clean and well equipped. Marcos was an excellent host, punctual and willing to help. I would definitely stay there again.

Hi I stayed one month at marco's apartment and I really enjoyed it. Marcos was very helpful and it is a very nice apartment and building. There's a bit of noise due to the train station nearby, but still, it's very little and it's great to have a subway and train station one block from the building.

Great loft in an excellent area. Marcos was friendly and helpful. It's true it has very minor wear and tear and maybe missing a few bowls and plates but nothing that should put you off for the price. The roof top swimming pool is spectacular and surprisingly better than the photos show. I would say for the price you are paying it represents amazing value. Minor things really get blown up in internet reviews, honestly this is an experience you will never forget.

We were in the apartment for 8 days in 2012/jan. We did not get to know Marcos but we were attended by Alejandro who was attentive to our requests. The apartment is well located, has a good size, the equipments work well, with the exception of the internet which disconnects all the time. The apartment could be repainted, the dishes could be more complete (as we saw in the pictures), and cleaning could be better. However, we take good and we could even return.

The Palermo Loft is a great place to stay in a great location. The roof top pool and gym are great. The suite itself is exactly as pictured, first class all around. Yes the train does pass by next door, but in all honestly it didn't bother me at all. To each his own I guess. I would definitely stay here again.

Marcos was extremely kind. His attitude was of total help and support in order to make our stay, pleasant. The apt is just perfect! Impeccable, ideally located and with everything needed to have a real comfort. Having this apt and Marcos as host make us feel really lucky. Thanks Marcos for being so understanding and everything you have done!

Great friend I met in Dublin when he lived there ... he was a great host when I visited Buenos Aires despite the fact he was busy to welcome & do his best for Airbnb Guests too He speaks french very well Hope you will have the opportunity to meet him ;-)
