CHEAP appartment 2 rooms for 4 !

  First off, Yuliana was very nice and punctual. She provided us with maps, and also a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture. The apartment was also in a great location, 10 min walk from the promenade. However, we were very disappointed with the state of the apartment. The first thing we noticed was the unbearable smell of mold. It was covered up by about 7 different types of air fresheners, but it was still very noticeable. Additionally, there were dirty dishes left in the sink, dirty laundry in the washer, and ants in the kitchen and washroom. No soap was provided in the washroom, and the sheets were questionably clean. Not recommended.

  The host, Yuliana was very good with communication. The apartment was in a beautiful building and was very central, 10min walk to Promenade, central city (shops/restaurants etc) and also from the main rail station, so very well located and great value for money!! Nice was absolutely stunning!!

  This apartment was a great place to stay. Though a bit on the smaller side, we really appreicated that it had two separate bedrooms for my friend and I. It the kitchen gave us a great opportunity to have our breakfast and plan our itinerary for the day. The apartment is in a nice locality with beautiful buildings. For light sleepers, ensure that you take the room next to the kitchen as the other one faces the road and can get a bit noisy in the morning. I would highly recommend this place for those who like to see the sights in the main city or spend their time at the beach and then spend their night in a quieter place away from the city frenzy.

  We just spent one night in the apartment and everything went perfectly well! Olga welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some strawberries!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

  We came for trainig to Nice in the Ironman Bike Course.. Yuliana s house very near to everywhere .. she was very nice and helpfull for everything we asked her .. We had a nice couple of days... trained nicely .. slept well no problem ... THANKS

  Stinks. Although masked with wallpaper, the moldy walls give a terrible smell throughout the apartment. In the washroom, the smell is unbearable . Yuliana is very nice, has offered to help with whatever she can, offered 2 Nice postcards as a welcome gift. There were tea bags and some fruits there ( we did have to throw away about 1/3 of it as they were spoilt). The apt is clean , but moldy. It is at the ground level facing the traffic, so it is quite noisy . We would have been OK with everything else, just could not stand the smell.

  The apartment is great value (even though we really only needed 1 room) and in a perfect location - we had a great time in Nice and the apartment is walking distance to the train station which makes it very easy to visit the surrounding areas as well.

  I don't know how else to describe our stay at Yulianna's apartment other than by saying it was AMAZING!!! The apartment was very spacious and the location was absolutely perfect. You could leave the apartment and walk in any direction and be amazed by the architecture !The size of the apartment was more than enough for the 4 of us and we were supplied with enough blankets, pillows, and towels to meet our needs. Мы приехали в Ниццу в первый раз и были поражены красотой этого города! также были приятно удивлены, что хозяйка говорит по русски!)))мы делали резервацию в последнюю минуту и она нас приняла! очень удобная квартира! две спальни и отдельная оборудованная кухня , большой холл. очень понравилась архитектура самого дома =это как мы представляли Францию =стиль барокко! расположение просто идеально- до моря 5 минут и около 3 минут до жд вокзала и оттуда мы путешествовали до монако и канн! большой продуктовый магазин в 200 м от квартиры, в 50 м чудесная французская булочная, где мы каждое утро покупали типичные французские круассаны! еще в квартире мы обнаружили много книг и путеводителей по Лазурному берегу на русском языке, что оказалось очень практично для нас ;)

  Ce logement tout petit et adorablement décoré. Il se trouve dans le quartier des musiciens: superbes immeubles tous proches de la mer, comme des commerçants. Ilyana et son mari sont disponibles aux soucis éventuels, prompts aux solutions tout en restants discrets. Il manque juste un peu d'espace de rangement coté cuisine. En cette saison, le studio était quelque peu froid. Merci encore pour la bouteille de vin "pour nous réchauffer".

  The apartment is located in the most central part of Nice - it is exactly what it is int he picture and has all the amenities/items mentioned by the host in the ad. Yuliana is a great host - she's been very flexible and helpful. The booking process, as well as check-in and check-out have been very smooth too. Totally recommend this place!

  The location is great. It's right on Promenade Des Anglais. However, the apt is in the back of the building, so there is no view of the beach. The bed is comfortable and the kitchenette is compact. I liked that there was a kettle to boil water since I'm a tea drinker, There were 2 drawbacks to the apt.: there was no wash basin in the bathroom (there is a shower,toilet and bidet, but no basin, so you have to wash your face and brush your teeth in the kitchen sink) and the neighbors were a bit noisy. I could hear snoring from one side and a baby from the other -- so, well, it felt like being in a home.

  yuliana ws great on email responding as quick as possible till we got there. when we reached and called several times shes didnt answer the phone after waiting for 30 mins at the bus stop a man who couldnt speak english called and insisted we meet him at the room but could provide no directions. the room on 39 promenade de anglais is almost as it looks in the pictures except not as clean. the rugs are filthy dust on everything the bathroom tap leaking and only one light over the bed. the entrance is dodgy smells of pee and at night it becomes a gang hangout. the walls are paper thin and u can hear every word spoken next door. the location is great but i wouldnt recommend it.

  ok, so i'm a little reluctant to write such a negative review but I was really disappointed I have to say. To begin with on a positive note, Yuliana was very efficient at responding to my messages, this was great, but it went downhill from there. I had read the other reviews stating that the entrance to the apartment was dodgy...and it was..I had read that it had all the basics...and it did, kitchenette, bathroom, real bed...I had also read that it was in a really good location in relation to discovering Nice and its surrounds...and it was. BUT, when we arrived I could have cried...Slightly dramatic but the apartment was filthy...The toilet had not been cleaned, there were brown stains on the toilet and when I mentioned this to Yulianna's friend (the person who greeted us with the keys) she simply said, yes it is and flushed the toilet!! It was dusty, the mats on the floor were dirty and there was a used, wet dirty face towel in the corner of the shower and wet toilet paper swept in the corner.. I asked our host if she could recommend a place to eat and she quickly mentioned in broken english a street to find. She quickly pointed out the code for the internet and told us it was easy to connect, it wasn't, I had to call her, she had forgotten to tell us an important point.. Just not a memorable experience I'm sorry folks.

  Staying at Yuliana´s place was great. She was there to receive us and show us the appartment. Her appartment is very nicely decorated and functional, and has everything you need for cooking a nice meal or just to hang around and take a nice nap. Communication with Yuliana was easy from the very first contact. We definetly recommend Yuliana´s appartment as a great place to stay in Nice!

  It's an OK apartment with good location. Host is warm-hearted. Well, i have to say it's too small five five of us. We have to use the sofa-bed in the living room because of only 2 bed rooms. Since it's on 5th floor and no elevator, if you have big luggages, it will be a small problem. And it's a little bit messy.I think if it's well-cleaned, especially the refrigerator and kitchen, the apartment would be recommended.

  Everything was great, the flat is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is really good and she was very accommodating with checkin/checkout times.

  The apartment isn't too far from the city, a few minutes by metro. The station is a few blocks away. The place has some problems with a shower and a toilet. At some point, we couldn't take a shower because there was no water available. Yuliana wasn't there but had a roommate who somewhat explained how to get around. The roommate was gone most of the time, so even though she lives in the living room, there was enough privacy. The room was spacious, clean had wi-fi and a dvd player. Yuliana left maps and towels. Overall experience is not perfect, just ok, which is why it's cheaper than other places.

  The location of the apartment was great, within walking distance to the town. The apartment had internet access which was very helpful. The negatives of the apartment: the entrance to the building was really dodgey and very scary at night., the cleanliness of the apartment wasn't very high and the apartment didn't look quite as tidy as the pictures indicate.

  This place is fantastic and Yuliana is the dream host, I wouldnt change a thing. I come to Cannes twice a year and this is the best price and most central, I hope to come again and again!
