Large beautiful room in a quiet flat. Refurbished 19th century building with wooden floors and high ceilings.

The room has a double and a single bed. Included are clean linens and towels.

Very clean, recently refurbished bathroom.

Convenience stores and many places where to eat within walking distance. A couple of art galleries a few minutes away.

3 minutes walk to subway.12 minutes ride to Alexander Platz. Bus 128 will take you directly to Tegel Airport.

I will make a copy of your picture ID for security purposes and will need a 30 euros deposit for the keys.

My girlfriend and I have stayed at this place for 6 nights. The private room is nice and has comfortable beds. The appartment is very clean and has a spacious bathroom. It is located in a quite renovated old building and has a great charme. Everything you need is just around the corner. The subway (Osloer Str) is just 2 minutes away. From there it is no problem to get directly into the city (e.g. non stop to Alexanderplatz). Laura and her husband are really great and polite hosts :-). We can absolutely recommend this place!

Staying in SunnyBerlin was so easy and nice. Laura and her boyfriend are very helpful and kind, the room was spacious, and the apartment is super easy to get to. I would stay again!

Séjour très agréable dans l'apartement de Laura. Nous étions très bien dans une grande chambre confortable et calme. Laura et son mari nous ont accueillis avec une infinie gentillesse. Le quartier est facilement accessible d'où que l'on arrive. Et de ce quartier, on se retrouve rapidement à Bernauerstrasse, à Alexanderplatz,à Friedrichstrasse...

Awesome, fantastic host. Staying with Laura and her husband was a real treat. Additionally the room (and apt in gral) was very clean and comfortable. For reference, the apt is close to Osloer Strasse metro (which is about 25min from Tegel airport) AND there was WIFI! Cheers Laura!

Laura's spare room in Wedding was perfect: quiet neighborhood, close to the metro and access to TXL-128 Tegel Airport busline. Laura was also the perfect host. Highly recommended!
