About this listing
I believe the name speaks for itself. Along with a wide array of continued support and effort on my behalf to ensure that your stay was great, I know that the location itself is a warm and welcoming environment. Even without my long list of reviews (which is missing about 60 or more, due to not reminding the guests, and my schedule), I know that my hard work and the list of information that I provide, helps to make your stay much more smoother.

Interaction with guests
My relationship with my guests is a very important part of my experience with Airbnb. I go out of my way to see that my guests are either satisfied with the arrangements or comfortable, and or both. If your read the reviews you will see that I've made myself available 1, 2, 3, 4, and even 5:am in the morning. With a 99% satisfaction rate i had to realize that I can't make everyone happy, but that doesn't mean I can't keep turning.
Other things to note
Overall I have a good heart. Sometime people try to take advantage of it. I have beautiful children so I am blessed. And I have, what I believe, is a great sense of humor.
Pets are allowed however I need to know in advance how many and the duration of the stay. This may determine whether the pet can stay. Prospect Park is across the street. I also need to know how well trained. I do love pets, but the cleaning process is important (some people are allergic to pets). thank you for understanding. Please let me know during discussion if you are looking to have a special event at my location, thank you.

School Teacher, Therapeutic Counselor, former Social Worker and father to 6 kids, 3 are Police officers, 1 is an F.B.I. agent, and 1 is just spoiled, but I didnt do it. Im a family man and community worker / recreational event organizer. Love to have fun, very much a peoples person. Enjoy seeing people having fun. I love kids and making long lasting friendships/ relationships. I'm a very good cook. I enjoy cooking and eating. I like exercising regularly and training people on how to condition their bodies. I have a full entertainment system so now I'm more of a family (stay in) man. I volunteer youth empowerment and personal development programs services at a local recreation center. Don't find the time to travel much anymore or as much as I use to, but favorite place was the Bahamas. When my oldest son was in the military, I often found my home to be the place for five or six of his friends to stay, for the holidays. I would take guys that never been to NYC, on my famous tours. I would make them a big breakfast to start the morning. Now I have kids from all over the U.S. that calls me pops.
