there are 4 cabinas that i manage which can accomodate 2 persons each. also a three story dock, and a bodega on the water. the parking is covered parking for a skiff from a sailboat...there are two spaces covered and up to 5 more. ou can dock at deep water dockage or moor sailboat in protected sunni's cove. reefs surround the deep water access. there is snorkeling right of the sandy beach and scuba diving is allowed across the bay. there are approximately 12 stores on the island, and 4 restuarants that serve local fare. located less than 1 minute by skiff or 15 minutes by kayak. no car traffic, and ver difficult and private to get to. once you get there you will not want to leave. peaceful and quiet, but the buzzing town of utila is located 4 miles east, where there are 14 plus dive shopes, 20 plus restaurants, a movie theatre, and much much more.
