Designer apartment @ great location

Pasqual's apartment is spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the two balconies and the big TV. It's also located only a three minute walk from a tram that takes you straight into the heart of the city in five minutes. Even though I arrived an hour late, Pasqual was there to greet me with a smile and excellent advice. Highly recommended!

We really loved Pasqual's apartment and Pasqual himself was charming and very helpful. Our only reservation was the location - which for us was a little far out of town - but having said that it's only about 20 minutes by tram back to the centre. We should also add that the apartment itself was actually better than expected! It has 2 balconies, which were important for us especially when the weather was hot enough to be outside.

My first stay via Airbnb and it was absolutely perfect. Quiet, cozy, & conveniently located near town. Pasqual was a very gracious host. The bike was so useful in seeing AMS. I definitely plan on returning & telling my friends about this wonderful place. Thank you!

I would highly recommend staying with Pasqual if you visit Amsterdam. His apartment is very nice and comfortable. He is a very friendly, easy going person and it was a pleasure to meet him.

Pasqual provided us with the best hospitality and we had a great time in Amsterdam. He is friendly and being helpful. With regards to his apartment, he maintains it well - very clean and cosy. He provides us with a information on where to visit around Amsterdam and also the Keukenhof (the largest tulip garden in the world). If you are wondering where to stay in Amsterdam, I believe you should consider staying at his place. It is very convenient with shops just around the corner and also the tram stops is quite near. As the first host that we had from Airbnb, we definitely going to stick with it. Such a great experience, cheers!

Went to Amsterdam for the Quantified Self Conference a few blocks away- it is a very bright flat with a super nice host. This is the first Airbnb host that I've stayed with, and it was a wonderful experience. He gave me a map to get around town with, drew a nice walking route into the center of town, and helped me get to the airport. The room is nice and there's two doors between it and the living room, so it's pretty private. Bed was very comfortable and Pasqual was really great. I would recommend anyone going to Amsterdam to stay with a friendly local!

Pasqual is a really great host and a genuinely nice guy. His apartment is perfect for any amount of time in Amsterdam, right next to the tram which takes you anywhere you need to go in no time. It seemed to me that he likes having people in his apartment and will take time to chat with you if you are interested! Definitely recommend.

Pasqual is a great host - very friendly and welcoming - he even helped me out on my last day when I got sick - really nice guy. If you get up at the right time, he might even make you an espresso. The apartment is really nice and quiet too. Highly recommended!

Pasqual was a very friendly, laid-back, pleasant host. His apartment is very stylishly decorated and our bedroom was quiet and very comfortable; the bed was great! The location was pretty convenient and yet much more peaceful than staying in the center. I would recommend packing light, as the 3 flights of stairs are extremely steep, but that's nothing unusual for Amsterdam!

I really enjoyed this accommodation and our host. Pasqual was so nice and talk with me and my friend all night long. We had a good party with his friends from Czech Republic who so good speak Russian)) Thank you for all, Pasqual. I just recommend this accomodation - big and comfortable bed, nice view from balcony, close by Amstel station and city centre about 15-20 minutes by foot.

Pasqual was a wonderful host! Both the apartment and room were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me as a visitor to the Rai Convention Center. I was easily able to walk to and from the apartment and center. The nearby tram took me to the city center in no time. Pascal was readily available and very helpful. When my work colleague found it difficult to find a last-minute hotel, Pascal assisted in searching and calling around to find a room. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help and friendly nature. Thanks again Pasqual!

Pasqual's apartment is really amazing, the bed was so comfortable that I overslept every single day. The apartment very nicely decorated and makes you feel at home from the very first moment, spacious, neat, and quiet. We were lucky to have the best weather, so I enjoyed just watching people cycle from his balcony under the clear and sunny sky. The location was perfect for us - close enough to be a 10 minutes bike ride from Rembrandtplein or the centre (he helped us rent really cheap bikes), and out enough to be quiet and relaxed at night. it's also close to Zuid Station so if you've got a fast connection if you're arriving by plane or train from other european cities. I would recommend staying with Pasqual if you visit Amsterdam. I only regret that we did not spend enough time in Amsterdam!

Allow me to count the ways why Pasqual and his place rocks. First off, Pasqual is simply a baller. Staying at his place is like staying at a 5-star hotel with designer furniture. Seriously. The bed was super comfortable, which, let's be honest, is super clutch after a night out in Amsterdam. The wi-fi internet was flawless and laundry was available when I needed it. He also has a nice little patio with great views of the neighboring courtyards that was perfect for chilling out. Beyond the apartment amenities, Pasqual is just a genuinely nice guy who really makes your traveling experience as enjoyable as possible. If I'm ever back in Amsterdam, I'm hoping to stay at his place again!

As a single female traveler, I was a bit concerned about renting a room from a guy I did not know. Pasqual turned out to be not just a wonderful host, but also a great new friend! He made my stay in Amsterdam truly special! :-) If you are wondering about the apartment itself, it is conveniently locatated in a nice residential neighborhood, just a few tram stops away from the city center. Pasqual did a great job decorating the apartment, and he keeps it very very neat. Without a doubt, I would recommend this place to a friend!

I can only agree with Renata. Visiting Pasqual is a real pleasure! He is an outgoing & reliable person and you will easily feel at home in his very nice apartment. It's a neat place, comfortably furnished and conveniently located. And Pasqual can provide a lot of good tips what to do and see around in town!
