HOME AWAY FROM HOME
This is my home, so you will find everything you need, and more, for your comfort and convenience (I should mention that I gave up cable, so just a few basic channels - Netflix and Pandora available however). This is the place to stay in NY. Everything is outstanding...View from the apartment, View from the roof terrace, location..location..location. Walking distance to subway, Hop-On_Hop-Off bus sightseeing, ferries and many many more. Apartment-Building is beautiful (exterior / interior), excellent Breakfast/Deli Shop right at the corner. Every morning we had fresh buns/bread and coffee. The shop had everything you need for your stay...every day fresh saladbar/lunchbar and an excellent Oven brick Pizza. I could go on and on...Overall it was a fantastis place and it made our stay just perfect. Historic Stone Street with a lot of restaurants and bars is right around the corner (easy walking distance). The apartment is excactly as shown on the pictures (even better). Elizabeth was very helpful. I would strongly recommend this property to all my relatives, family and friends. Thank you to Elizabeth (owner) and Sebastian (her son)

Look no further… this apartment is the quintessential NYC experience… …from the tip of Manhattan, like a first settler you gaze out across Battery Park to the great New York harbor greeted by the Statue of Liberty… we enjoyed the Apartment’s … NYC décor, style, facilities and sun room. a great retreat from the remainder of NYC which is at the doorstep via quick subway to all points up Manhattan island We had 11 day stay and found the apartment provided a relaxed, memorable visit….. the owner is most considerate and helpful to make the stay very stress free…..we felt most at home and enjoyed the roof deck dining on good food bought from the Deli downstairs as is the way for New Yorkers... Having visited from Australia, we found the stay very positive, unique and enjoyable. Many small details were there for us from the brewed coffee in the kitchen to the ’package’ of NYC touring and events guides and even a bike for our use. Any future visits to NYC will see us returning to the apartment. That’s if we can get in before all our friends who we are recommending it to.
You and Elisabeth
