Staying with Pat has made a good visit to San Francisco great. She is straightforward, thoughtful, has a wonderfully fun spirit and has been a perfect ambassador for the city. The room is clean, cozy a short walk away to public transportation and is all around better than advertised. The shared shower experience is easy considering Pat keeps everything so nice and tidy! Rest easy in your decision to stay with Pat - she has far, far exceeded our expectations as a host and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We spent a very nice week at Patricia's. She was nice and very helpfull. Our first BnB expérience was perfect ! The house is charming and it has a splendid view over the city.

Pat is a delight! She's warm and welcoming and very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble for her. It's a lovely house with wonderful views over the city and in a quiet neighbourhood close to public transport. We loved the city and we loved staying with Pat. We hope we'll be back again one day. We had a marvelous stay with Pat. The room is lovely and spacious and sunny (depending on the weather, of course) everything comfortable, but the best part is getting to visit with Pat. She is a delight - smart, fun, gregarious, and interesting. The evening we spent talking and drinking wine together made our stay immensely enjoyable and memorable. By providing maps and directions on how to use the muni transit, Pat made it possible for us to have the stay we've always wanted - park the car and take buses, trains, trolleys, and subways to any place we wanted to go. It was so much more enjoyable and relaxing than driving up and down the hills of SF. Just be prepared by taking a tote bag or back pack big enough to carry extra clothing so you can dress in layers. It can be sunny and warm one minute and cold and windy the next. It's all good if you're ready for it. We will definitely be booking with Pat again and look forward to our next stay.

We much enjoyed meeting Pat and sharing her lovely house for a few days. Her wide knowledge, experiences, travel and eclectic tastes made for interesting conversation at every turn, and we found the accomodation very convenient and suitable for our stay. It should be noted that there are a number of stairs tobe negotiated which might be troublesome for those with very large luggage or infirmities. Being awakened by the friendly bark of a wild deer in the midst of SF was a great surprise! (it was seemingly ion the woodland behind the house).

Staying at Pat's place was a really nice experience. She has an amazing sense of hospitality and it's always feel at home staying at her place. She even picked us up from the Bart station when we arrived at San Francisco. She also showed us around, the bust stops and she does have an excellent knowledge of the city, and she suggested us to go for a few nice places as well. The printouts she leaves for the guests are also very informative. All in all the stay at her place made our SFO trip all the more enjoyable. She is very nice . Totally recommend her house to stay if anybody asks me. Will visit her again if I get a chance.

Patricia is an extremely lovely and very caring host. The view from her house is splendid, and a short hike up to twin peaks will provide you with an even better lookout point over San Francisco! Would love to stay there again!

We stayed at Pat's home for 3 nights and the view was gorgeous! Her place is close to public transportation and shopping. Pat it so sweet and kind. She provided excellent recommendations on local restaurants too. We frequent San Francisco as often as possible and have always stayed in hotels, until now!. Pat has changed our opinion and we will definitely be staying with her again. Thank you Pat.

We stayed with Patricia while we were attending the Outside Lands music festival. The place was amazing. On clear days you wake up looking at the whole city from above Noe Valley. She provided great information on how to get to her place as well as great eats in Noe Valley. Its easy to get from her place to the city using public transportation (she will tell you the best ways to go). I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit and want to stay in a really cool area.

The one word that describes our experience at Patricia's beautiful home is AMAZING. Pat is a lovely, gracious host, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her home and the room were impeccably clean, the view is absolutely stunning, everything about this rental was nothing but perfect. The small breakfast she provided was excellent, and just what a person needs to start the day quickly and be out the door to explore this lovely city. She replied to our initial inquiries about the room promptly, and was very understanding of our delayed arrival due to complications with our flight to SF. Even more, she welcomed us at her home with a warm hug and a delicious glass of wine to ease our nerves from the long day of commuting. Thank you Pat, for making our trip the best ever! You are wonderful!

I have stayed with Pat numerous times over the years and have always found her accomadations wonderful. One of the advantages os staying with Pat is you can always count on parking. That is not true at many places in San Francisco.

I arranged to rent a space from Pat at the last moment, and she could not have been more helpful. Everything was as advertised. I arrived very late on my first night and was out early the next day. As my visit was a short one, I actually never met Pat or heard a peep from her. I loved the accomodations, they were spotless, and the coffee and breakfast snacks were a nice touch. For me there were a couple of advantages to staying in Pats home. It is in a great location, very quiet, and the views were incredible. I would without hesitation stay here agin, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean comfortable place to stay.

Pat is a wonderful host. She kept me smiling even with a terrible cold. Both rooms are large with lots of storage. The front room has view which is such a treat to wake up to, it's hard to pull yourself away. The house is also easily accessible, with lots of public transport links to Downtown, the Bay and airport.
